Côte amalfitaine 314B géré professionnellement par Newman-Dailey

Amalfi, nommée en hommage à une charmante et paisible station balnéaire située sur la pittoresque côte amalfitaine en Italie, cette propriété de la plage de Miramar est située sur un magnifique domaine de 8 hectares de paysages tropicaux luxuriants. Amalfi a seulement 109 unités et 3 étages au-dessus du garage de stationnement. Il est situé directement en face de la plage et a un immense étang de koi et un pont menant à la promenade des dunes. L’accès à la plage publique comprend un grand belvédère qui vient d’être un peu ombragé tout en profitant de la plage ou en sirotant une bonne boisson fraîche en regardant un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. L'établissement propose également 2 piscines (1 chauffée en saison), des courts de tennis éclairés et des barbecues dans tout l'établissement. Une salle de fitness avec tapis de course, appareils elliptiques et vélos ainsi que 4 appareils de musculation et une télévision a été ajoutée sur place.

Les motifs paysagers luxuriants comprennent des allées bordées de palmiers entre les deux piscines et une promenade en bord de plage qui ajoute à la sensation tropicale. Vous aurez votre propre grand balcon privé pour profiter du beau temps ensoleillé de la Floride et de la vue imprenable sur le golfe, idéal pour regarder le lever du soleil ou admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil. Nous savons que votre temps de vacances est précieux, alors restez avec les meilleurs sur la plage. Vous adorerez les vues, les couchers de soleil, la plage de sable blanc, les piscines, les boutiques, les restaurants délicieux et les attractions locales que Destin a à offrir.
Pendant les vacances de printemps, ce condo nécessite un séjour de 7 nuits du samedi au samedi. Pendant les vacances du 4 juillet, nous demandons un séjour hebdomadaire. À tout autre moment, nous demandons un séjour minimum de 5 à 7 nuits.
Nous ne louons pas à des personnes de moins de 25 ans ni à des étudiants.
Les règles de la propriété stipulent: Aucun véhicule de camping ou remorque n’est autorisé à stationner dans l’aire de stationnement de la communauté. S'il vous plaît appelez-nous pour organiser un parking hors site si vous apportez une caravane ou un véhicule de camping.

Summer 2023

This is the second time staying at the same location. Not this condo. The beach is across the condominium. Restaurant, Grocery Stores, Coffee shops close proximity. The condominium was not clean. Sand in every room, did not like wiping sand off shoes or rent when you get in bed. Bunk beds had sand in sheets. My last stay, the owner was very strict with sand and this time I can understand why. I had to sweep the place on my 1st day. The sliding doors had dirty fingerprints. People on the floor above were loud at 3 am. If you don’t mind any of the above then disregard my review.

Resort was great; the unit had issues

Overall we had a very enjoyable trip. The Amalfi Coast Resort had a wonderful pool and a great view of the ocean. Our unit, however, had a number of issues that caused frustration throughout our stay. * Baseboards were missing in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and there was a mildew smell. We assume there must have been water damage in the unit but that was not disclosed to us prior to renting it. * The artwork that belonged on the walls where the baseboards were missing were found in the master closet. Again, signs of some sort of issue in the unit. * The water stopped working in the whole unit for a period of time on our first day. We called the number provided and were told that someone would be over to address it. The water came back on before a service provider arrived. Yet another sign of water issues in the unit. * The temperature of the water seemed to fluctuate. The water from the kitchen sink was lukewarm most of the time, except on days when it would get very hot. It never got cold at all. * The toilet in the master bath makes an incredibly loud sound for several minutes after it has been flushed. The handle to the toilet is hanging on by a thread. * The sliding screen doors to the balcony did not function properly and would come of their rails when trying to open or close them. * The lightbulbs in 3 of the 4 bedside lamps were out when we arrived. We found lightbulbs in some lamps that were up in the closet and used them. * The stove fan does not exhaust and the stove light on the microwave does not work. * The living room furniture is more for staging purposes rather than comfort I would definitely stay at the resort again but will be more particular when selecting the unit.

Very few lights in the condo. Hot water supply was limited. There are other units in this resort that are way better and were not as pricey as this one.

We enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach. The beach was a double red most of the time we were there but the accommodations were awesome and the pool was open!

Check in was super easy. The place was decorated nicely and had a nice view of the beach across the street. The biggest plus was all the space for the 6 of us to spread out in. The only negative I had was the elevator was not working every day so some days we had to take 3 flights of stairs, but that is more of a property issue than the condo we stayed in. Our kids enjoyed the pool and it was an easy quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed it!

Great family vacation!

This unit and entire property was a great location for our family vacation. Quiet, nice pool, easy walk to a beautiful beach, and amenities kept us busy. The property is spread out but fully gated with security coded gates, which made us feel comfortable and I imagine other families who’s kids are taking advantage of the pool, tennis/basketball courts, or fire pit. The unit is nice, clean, spacious. A little wear and tear that you see in every rental, but nothing inoperable. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful location

We were very pleased with the resort. It is very well maintained in a beautiful setting. We especially appreciated being right across from the beach with an obstructed view and complementary beach chairs and umbrella!

August 2020 Stay

My family and I loved everything about this condo! Beautifully decorated, very spacious, and super clean! I loved the sanitizer unit placed at the entry way. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We didn't want to leave. We booked our stay the day of our trip and the agent was sooo nice and helpful! Loved EVERYTHING OFFERED!!!!

Perfect size for our family!

The condo was lovely. The dishes were dirty, the bunk beds had food on them, and spare bath was dirty ( hair left). The coffee maker needs to be updated to a Keurig coffee maker. All hotels have those now and most everyone carries k-cups with them on vacation. Other than the coffee issue and the dishes being dirty, I loved the place. The walk to the beach was easy and the view was beautiful! I loved that every day I knew a I had a beach chair reserved for me. Very comfortable beds, and the cable had everything I wanted to watch. We will be back next year.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!!

We just left 7-25-19 & My Husband, 2 teenage sons, and I could not have been more pleased with the location and cleanliness of Amalfi!!! The space was VERY generous! Super close to Winn Dixie and the outlet mall for ALL your needs!!! Not to mention the Beach access was perfect!!! We even went running every morning on the paved sidewalks! We WILL be back!!!

Perfect location, well maintained, close to everything

The resort is well maintained, beautiful and clean. It is in a very convenient location, closed to grocery stores, restaurants, and most of the places you might need to go on when staying on the island. This room is spacious with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could stock a little more, salt, pepper and sugar, and the cooking wares could be a better as well. But, overall we are very happy with our stay.

The best vacation spot!

I vacationed with my 4 kids, 1 grandchild, and 2 kids friends, and this was one of the best vacations we had in a very long time. The accommodations were really great, and the weather and beach conditions were perfect during our stay. We used the pools, the beaches, the outdoor grill, the laundry area, and the kitchen. The unit slept 8 of us very comfortably, and we were entertained with TV's in every room. We will definitely return to Destin and use this facility for our next vacation. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

We love condo and location! View is amazing and so refreshing. Beautiful palm trees, ground are immaculate as are pools, and caretakers are so dedicated. It was our third year at Almafi Coast in Miramar Beach and have booked again for next year. Thank you to Newman Dailey for the BEST staff and always making our stays fell like we are part of their family. Same time next year! Monique.

Great condo, even better location!

My family of five absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect size for all of us. It is exactly as described. The decor is modern and clean, and you can tell that it is well taken care of. The view & access to the beach is by far the best part of this condo - literally right across the street from the beach! Took less than five minutes to get all of us and our gear to a fantastic spot on the beach. We used the complimentary beach service each day - a great perk! No problems at all during check in or checkout - the management company made the whole process super easy. We've already recommended this condo to friends, and we'd definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place in Destin

This condo provided a fabulous place to stay for a weekend in Destin. It was clean,a short walk from the beach, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Condo, great resort

We stayed this past weekend and the condo was great. We had 4 generations, ages ranging 74-1(9 people 4 kids) and we weren't on top of each other, the kids loved the bunk beds, the couch sofa was real comfortable, and the other 2 rooms were real roomy. There was enough room for the kids to play inside and out on the balcony. The 2 pools were real clean, the kids loved that you could feed the fish from the bridge, and the beaches were not crowded. *If I had to say anything negative about the place it would be the steps going down to the beach are real narrow and it was sort of hard for my mom and grandma to go up them without stopping(BUT its to hard to complain about the steps when the beach is just absolutely gorgeous)* Anyone who wants a nice, clean, affordable place to stay this is the one for you! :)

The public beach access features a large gazebo just made for a little shade while still enjoying the beach or enjoying a tall cool drink watching a spectacular sunset. Other amenities include 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, and barbecue grills throughout the property. An on-site fitness room was added featuring treadmills, eliptical and bike as well as 4 weight machines and TV.
