Great Stay

This place really was great. My kids loved their room, loved the game room. The backyard was also a big hit with my kids. There is also a very cool park (Meadow Park) within walking distance that the family can enjoy. My kids didn’t want to leave the place. We had a blast. Thank you.

4 Day Get Away

The home was very nice, with lots of fun extras in the game room. Backyard was perfect for sledding and building snowmen. Bedrooms are all nicely sized. Only suggestion to future renters is bring pots and pans to suit your party's needs ... pots are on the small side and baking sheet is to big and will not fit into oven.

Amazing last minute summer vacation

We wanted to get away for the weekend and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was wonderful. Between the game room and the jacuzzi it was difficult to get the family out doors at first but we had so much fun riding bikes, canoeing , shopping and adventuring around. The house was huge and well cared for. It definitely felt like a home and not a rental. My family asked if we can have the same house for our winter trip !

Dirty Sheets... need to replace carpet (dirty and worn). The stove top oven burners don't sit right on the burner... topsy turvey. otherwise... it was great!

Nice but issues

The video game was broken and other games were old. The pinball machine requires quarters and I think that isn’t right when it is advertised as a gaming house and none of video games worked and the other one you have to pay for. The appliances are from 1980, the dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes we ran it many times and dishes still dirty. The beds are clean and comfortable and nice backyard. We had a great time, but for the price we were underwhelmed.

AMAZING!!!

We had booked through another agency originally, arrived at our cabin and were so disgusted we couldn't even stay there. I frantically started looking for a pet-frindly cabin to accommodate 9, with a jacuzzi. I came across this amazing luxury home online and I'm so glad I did! I immediately called for a quote and the staff at Big Bear Vacations was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Most of Big Bear's snow had melted from the last snowfall, yet somehow the gigantic, fenced backyard still had enough snow for the kids to sled and build snowmen! The game room in this home was perfect for the five kids we had in our group. Fooseball, a pool table, air hockey, pinball and an old-school arcade game. It was definitely their favorite hang out. Each room was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for that quintessential "cabin feel" I look for when heading to Big Bear. The two adult bedrooms were both en-suite featuring their own private bathrooms and the kids room, which comfortably slept five had a bath just out the door. This place was fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances, bedding, towels, sleds, etc. you would ever need. In addition to the beautiful cabin, it's location was perfect. Just down the street into town, the grocery or the Alpine Slide and Tubing. I would stay at this place again and again and from now on I won't go through any other service other than Big Bear Vacations! My best, Carly Anderson

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
