This gorgeous log style single level chalet has everything you need for a memorable Big Bear vacation, located less than a mile to the downtown Village for shopping, dining, or lake activities you will love this prime central location no matter the season! Take a short stroll to the lake or Village shops or you can hop in the car and you are under ten minutes to the ski resorts or grocery stores- you truly can't beat this amazing location!

Entering the cabin you are greeted with knotty pine ceilings and an open floor plan, with comfy couch furnishings, a toasty wood burning fireplace, and complimentary hi speed WIFI and Cable are available on the mounted flat screen TV so you can snuggle up and watch the snow falling as you enjoy a movie together as you warm your toes in front of the fire. The spacious kitchen offers wood floors, marble counters, and plenty of cookware and utensils including general appliances and a dishwasher for preparing your home cooked meals.

Being a single level you will have convenient access to your three spacious bedrooms and both bathrooms, all are made up with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your group, plus there is a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or long term stays. Boasting double front and back sun decks, with access from the primary suite right to the in deck private spa- you will love relaxing here in the evenings. Outdoor patio furnishings and a propane BBQ are an added convenience so you can grill up that freshly caught fish from the lake out back. Family weekend getaway

The property was spacious, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Jacuzzi was nice and working great. However, the backyard was not well kept, didn’t look like anyone cleaned the patio/chair area for awhile. We enjoyed the stay overall.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
