The Space:
"Palm Paradise Inn- the Beach" consists of three units which all share the same pool and a very large backyard outdoor space. The "Coconut" unit is a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room that will comfortably sleep four people.
Relax by the pool or walk over to the beach! Our outdoor area consists of multiple seating and lounge areas as well as a grill for the ultimate cookout with your group.
Enjoy floating in the pool or grab some beach chairs and dig your toes in the sand.
We are pet friendly we charge $125 per stay, we do ask that you please keep your furry friends out of the pool and off the furniture as it is very hard to clean, crate trained is preferred.
We do have a washer and dryer available for this unit located behind unit 2 next to the pool should you need to do any laundry during your stay.
Guest Access:
To access your unit, you will enter through the pool gate to the left of the property. Once inside you will find "Coconut" Unit 3, which will have a keypad for entry
The Neighborhood:
North Fort Lauderdale Beach is an amazing pocket in Fort Lauderdale. You are only a 5 minute drive from the Famous Fort Lauderdale beach and a 10 minute drive to Lauderdale by the sea. This is a tight knit community so please be respectful to all of our neighbors. We pride ourselves on having nice airbnbs that not only our guests but also our neighbors will love. Let's show them that the stereotype Airbnb will not be found here.
Cafe Martorano which is a very famous restaurant is down the street as well. Walk or drive around its up to you but a lot of things are walkable/bikeable. The Coral Ridge Mall is a 7 minute drive where you will find Target, Publix, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Old Navy and more!
Getting Around:
I always suggest having a car in South Florida, although the beach is two blocks away getting ubers tends to not be the most economical choice. If you would like to go down to Miami or West Palm Beach it is always best to just have a car. If you are looking to stay local and get a nice sun tan then you can totally uber/walk/bike and have an awesome time.
Other Things to Note:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
Please keep in mind this is a property consisting of three units. Your apartment is completely private and exclusive to you. The backyard/grill/pool is a shared space where if you would like to make friends with the other guests you can!
Laundry room is in a shed.
-No parties
-No pets unless previously discussed
-No smoking anywhere on the property(shared space and family friendly please do not smoke as we want to keep it family friendly
-No unregistered guests on the property
-Exterior cameras are located on the outside of the property facing the parking lot, side gate entrance and pool. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
-Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FLâs colder months. Thank you!

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while youâre still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
