I would give stars but the kitchen stove didnât work, and the electric breakers were turning off all the time. Hopefully next time weâre here everything works better. We love your customerâs Service, tho! Thanks
I recently stayed here with my family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room offered stunning views of the ocean, and we were able to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing from our balcony â a perfect way to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the beach. We spent hours enjoying it.We also appreciated the dining options available at the hotel. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and we canât wait to return for another family vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach retreat!
Our family had a wonderful time here! The place was clean and the property was nice with multiple pools, a room to work out in, and the beach right there.
We had a great stay a Princesa! This condo is exactly like the pictures and has a wonderful view of the ocean!
Thank you! It was amazing! I would book again!
Lovely condo, we really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be that the electrical outlets did not work in the bedrooms so we had to charge our phones and use the blow dryer in the kitchen. But it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again!
The place was very nice but need to be updated, the toilet was rusty and the flush did not work, the dishwasher was rusty as well. The rest of the accommodations were very nice including every day cleaning crew coming by.
This condo, located in the Princesca de Penasco resort is in a GREAT location and the resort property as a whole is FANTASTIC. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the inside of this condo. The cleanliness was sub-par and all of the appliances are rusty and in need of replacement. There is rust on the side of the refrigerator and several spots inside. The stovetop has rust on it. The top rack of the dishwasher is so rusty, only about half of the top rack is usable. I took pictures to share here, not realizing I would not be able to.
That said, we would stay here again under the right conditions.
We came for the sun, sand, and the ocean which was wonderful and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and we felt safe with the guarded entrance and the security guards. It was also nice that they came for the first 3 days to empty the trash and offer toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Having three different pools was a nice surprise as well. The food at the onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The property is private but the access to the beach is not. There are local vendors there all day but they are very respectful and not pushy. They really could use more Palapas and lounge chairs as there werenât very many.
There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. I really appreciate when the owners supply water so that we donât have to purchase it upon arrival and in part why I chose this place. I didnât realize the water supplied wasnât a water cooler, just a water jug on a stand and it was a greenish color so we ended up needing to buy water. The bed in the master sunk down in the middle so I would roll into my husband if I didnât sleep on the edge. Neither one of us slept well during our stay. We would often not have hot water for showers even when we hadnât been inside all day to use any of it. My two daughters used the bunk beds and the top bunk had gum stuck on the railing and had some crumbs down in the cracks. The couch pillows needed a good washing too. Our overall experience was good; could be excellent with a few changes.
We love staying at Princesa. The beach is never too crowded, even when the resort is sold out. My kids played for hours each afternoon on the sandbars. The weather was perfect each day.
The condo is very clean, although there was some dog hair in the bed sheets. The kitchen has most of the cookware you should need, bring your own salt and things like that. We were able to purchase salt from the convenience store downstairs, however. They have many miscellaneous items available for purchase.
I would probably stay in this actual condo again, although there were a few small inconvenient things. Everyday when housekeeping does their laundry downstairs, a very strong sewage smell comes from the laundry room in the condo. It doesn't last very long and clears out alright when you open the windows. When people in the upstairs unit use their bathrooms or showers, a different sewage smell comes from the master bathroom.
The walls and floors in the building are very thin. We stayed Wed-Sun over Thanksgiving weekend. On both Friday and Saturday night, we were awoken by neighbors coming home at 2:00 am. The upstairs neighbors came home and made noise for hours, keeping us all awake. The room with the bunkbeds has a window looking out to the walkway between units. There were so many people coming home and being so loud while walking back to their rooms. I'm sure they woke up anyone who was sleeping in any unit they passed. I realize this is something that might be hard to get around on weekend nights.
Lastly, the hair dryer doesn't work. I reached out to Casago to let them know, they did tell me they tried to find another one for me but there weren't any available.
Great place to stay! Right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the beach through the pool area. Bring your blow dryer. Unfortunately theirs was not working but that was the least of our worries.
I loved the view and location! Any little problem we encountered was quickly resolved by the front desk. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything you need to cook! Thank you!
