Our family had an amazing stay. We will return again for sure.The condo was very home like. It had everything you needed to enjoy! We were able to cook many meals. Most of all wash clothes. Its a must have after spending time at the beach. The views are amazing and a very pet friendly environment. The host were very accommodating to everything we needed! Over all experience was great!

This 2BR condo was the perfect place for our annual family long weekend in Rocky Point. Impecabbly clean, beautiful views of both Sandy Beach and Old Port, tons of amenities onsite. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals and the place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this condo. Love that itâs near two pools. Tried the restaurant La Joya. Bit pricey, but food was good. Itâs nice to have an eating place within walking distance. The condo works out for us. Suggestion: a lamp in second BR would be nice for reading
Condo beautifully decorated as described with all amenities necessary for your stay. New restaurant La Joya on the premises and a fourth swim up pool with a bar makes it the perfect stay. Communication with the owners and Hector was easy and I highly recommend this condo. This is my second time staying at this condo and def look forward for another stay in the future. Thank you!
This condo is clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated the good bed in the master. Being able to sleep comfortably is very important to us. Casa Blanca is making improvements and is a nice resort. Their new restaurant La Joya, is excellent! We played miniature golf, walked the beach and enjoyed the condo. Recommend it!
all bed frames were in bad shape(broken underneath )therefore, having uncomfortable sleeping.bathroom door was difficult to shut.small details make a big difference
When we arrived we were told the elevator had been broken for two weeks. After having to make several expensive international calls and with the help of the property manager and especially Julieta at the entry gate we found another place. When the owner called us back we explained we could not go up and down 80 stairs each way with my husband using a cane and me having to make several trips to get our things up to the fourth floor because the elevator was broken. He said he thought it had been fixed and would authorize us for a full refund. As of Thursday we had only received a partial refund. Julia
Really nice condo, in need of some tlc. lights and some fans not working, A/C very noisy at times waking you up during the night several times . Resort is half finished for years by the look of it, also needs a lot of upgrading. Some parts look awesome some parts look like dump. most of the golf course was down and being worked on. Pools are nice. One of the toilets didnt flush but was fixed within the hour, great responce Had a comunication failure but was also fixed fast.

was traveling, and his cell phone had a big trouble to answer my calls., also, any body there known my reservation, at the security gate, anybody known nothing about my reservation, you never sent me my 4 digit code to unlock the front keypad door lock, after some time I did located your HOA office, there and Mr. Jesus, on building E had not any extra set of keys, And Jesus at your HOA office , did not due nothing for us.., because Hector had to do that job. Also, inside the condo the electric dryer did not works, besides a lot of small ants were on everywhere. My experience was terrible with your property. One thing I am pretty sure, I won't never got back to rent that property. I hope my security deposit be refunded ASAP to me.
We stayed here for the long Columbus Day weekend. When we first got there the 2nd bathroom shower drain did not work and the house smelled like sewage. I contacted the owner and he had it fixed right away. The smell though would not go away. All the fans had at least an inch or more of dust on them and the air conditioning vent was disgusting. I donât think those filters have been changed in ages. I am not sure where the smell was coming from. Every time we turned the air on - it got worse. We kept the doors open but the main sliding glass door does not have a screen so then we had to deal with the flies. I understand you only get so much for a low rate but I would expect a place to at least be clean. I felt as though the place was a bit toxic. Owner was responsive but will never stay in this unit again.
The Casa Blanca is a nice resort to stay at short walk down to the ocean. The room was nice and communication with host was great the would respond. Had some issues with pullout but not a big deal as owner stated they would fix the issue aside from that it was a nice room and the stay was great would definitely book again. The sky view lounge has an awesome view aswell.

This property was decorated and maintained as a personal vacation home. It has very little use and continues to be in excellent condition. We are unable to use as often as when our kids were young and want to let others experience what enchanted us to buy this quiet, beautiful spot on the ocean, so fun for family and friend vacations.
The views from the balcony day and night are fabulous. The Casa Blanca Complex is more on the quiet side, steps to the ocean and beaches, 24/7 security guards make the property safe and comfortable.
