Superbe condo de luxe 2BR / 2BA à Bella Sirena - "Latitude Adjustment 502-C"

Si vous avez séjourné à Bella Sirena, vous avez déjà eu la chance de séjourner dans la propriété la plus luxueuse de Puerto Penasco. Mais si vous n'êtes pas resté dans notre condo, vous allez être époustouflé. C'est, sans aucun doute, le meilleur des meilleurs! Continuez à lire, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Bella Sirena a 5 bâtiments, ce condo est situé dans le très convoité bâtiment C. Il est si fortement souhaité pour sa vue imprenable sur la mer de Cortez et toute la propriété. Notre magnifique complexe propose 5 piscines séparées, deux bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme entièrement meublé, un court de tennis et un brillant bar et grill swim-up bien nommé SWIM. Le restaurant dispose également de sièges hors de l'eau et propose souvent de bons spectacles. Vous n'avez vraiment pas à quitter le complexe une fois arrivé à Bella Sirena.

Avant d'acheter, nous avons loué environ 300 fois à Rocky Point, nous savions donc ce que nous voulions pour nous assurer que nous fournissions toutes les petites choses que nous pensions que vous apprécieriez. Voici un bref aperçu de notre propriété:

• Lit King dans la chambre principale (2 couchages)
• Deux (2) lits doubles dans la 2ème chambre (4 couchages)
• Double osmose inverse - Oui, vous pouvez boire l'eau et mâcher la glace!
• Construire dans un réfrigérateur à vin sur l'îlot de cuisine
• Cafetière Keurig
• DirecTv dans Master, salon et cuisine, câble standard dans la 2ème chambre
• Système d'entrée sans clé
• Cuisine approvisionnée comprenant: épices, mijoteuse, plaque chauffante électrique, cuisinière / four à induction et plus
• Laveuse et sécheuse avec fournitures

Les autres commodités comprennent: WIFI gratuit / Internet haute vitesse (plus un prolongateur WIFI supplémentaire), appels gratuits vers le Mexique et les États-Unis depuis un condo avec l'indicatif régional 602, parking gratuit. Mais ce n'est que le début. Nous n'avons rien oublié dans ce condo!

Le condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes au total. Il y a quelques exceptions avec les enfants de 3 ans et moins.

Beautiful condo!

Not only a beautiful condo but they had beach towels, games and beach chairs. Lots of kitchen wear and spices so we were able to cook. The owner was super friendly and replied to my messages right away, thanks John! I highly recommend 10/10.

Spectacular get-away

This was our second visit to this condo. Fantastic location on the fifth floor. Breezes and views. Condo is well-appointed and comfortable. We felt at home. Convenient to whatever we wanted to do. And the beach was absolutely spectacular this visit. We will be back.

Great ocean view

When we booked we thought we were getting a nice place to stay with a view but we were blown away with how great the rooms and views actually were. We had a wide unobstructed ocean view from a large balcony. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place

This was a great place to stay and great location. Place had everything for our trip even things to use at the beach. Only thing I would say is that the cleaning people did not vacuum the rug they had very well and there was food still in the rug (but that’s not anything to do with the host). The host was terrific and was available to message anytime. Would definitely stay again.

Three sisters enjoyed a relaxing weekend at this outstanding condo. We've stayed at others but this one is the best. We loved the building location, the layout of the condo, and the amenities. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive to us. We will be back again!

Beautiful modern beach rental

This Bella Sirena rental was beautiful, modern, clean, the master bedroom bed was comfy and it had an amazing view of the whole resort. The host John was extremely friendly and made sure to communicate anything that was needed to make sure everything went smoothly for our stay. Also highly recommend the shrimp tacos from the Swim Bar downstairs!

Incredible Stay!

We had such a lovely time at this condo. The communication with our host before, during and after was so through and responsive. The condo had everything we needed, and the balcony is even better than imagined. The staff at the resort were so kind and helpful and we loved the food at the pool bar. Shout out to our favorite server Luis. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning!

Family of 6 had an absolutely amazing weekend of relaxing and making memories. John’s place was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the checkin in process was smooth with convenient parking below the building for an easy unload. Especially loved the large patio and incredible view of the ocean and property. We will be back for sure!

A Weekend to Remember

We’ve always stayed at THE surrounding property (Las Palomas) that everyone books at, but decided to try Bella Sirena this go around. With all the reviews from this listing I decided to give it a go. The others were not lying about the view from the balcony. The pics hardly do it any justice. Spending Father’s Day weekend with my daughter, it was even more important to me that everything was perfect. The view aside, the location was perfect, the condo was stunning, the master bed was like sleeping in soft butter (yes that means comfy lol), but the grounds of the property were so well maintained and beautiful. We will for sure be back booking this very property next time.

Look No Further for Your Stay in Puerto Penasco

What a wonderful weekend! It began with beyond excellent communication with the owner who offered an earlier check in. John's attentiveness was unmatched! The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, had the most comfortable beds and was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking. The best part of the condo was the patio/balcony. Not only was the view just amazing- there were plenty of places to sit and relax or to dine outdoors. Additionally, the sounds system to play music and TVs to watch a sporting event that was happening during our stay were in great shape and super easy to use! The resort itself was lovely with great staff, beautiful beach and a relaxing swim-up bar where we spent most afternoons. Wrecked at the Reef and Diego's were a short walk down the beach. Will definitely keep coming back and this condo will be our first choice.
