Fairway Harbor View par AvantStay | Oasis Extérieure

The image of the kids filling bowls with fresh blackberries each morning is such a lovely detail to hear about. We're so glad the location and views lived up to expectations, and that the well-equipped kitchen and generous space gave both the adults and children room to spread out and relax. Those friendly deer wandering the property really are a special part of staying there. Thank you for sharing such a warm review, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

It's wonderful to know the home worked so well across three generations — plus Dobby! We're glad the space was comfortable and well stocked, and that having hiking trails and a grocery store nearby made things easy. Dinners on the balcony and daily gym sessions sound like the perfect rhythm for a family trip. Thank you for the kind words about our team's communication, too. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime.

We've refunded your late checkout fee, along with a partial refund for the inconvenience, and shared your feedback internally so we can do better. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we would welcome the chance to host you again.

Thank you for the kind words, and for choosing this home as the gathering spot for your reunion. We're glad it stood out as the nicest of the bunch. It sounds like the views, the comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and the easy parking all helped make the space work well for a large group. We hear you on the light switches, and your experience is valid. If the whole group couldn't work them out, that's genuinely useful for us to know. It's been passed along to our team so we can take a look. We appreciate you sharing it, and we're glad it didn't get in the way of everyone enjoying the stay. We'd love to welcome your group back anytime.

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay on Whidbey, especially the peaceful setting and those amazing water views — it truly is a special spot. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share these notes. This kind of specific feedback is incredibly helpful. Our team is already addressing the items you mentioned, including replacing remote batteries, repairing the kitchen faucet and ice maker, evaluating the carpet in the primary bedroom, servicing the smoker, and deep cleaning the portable fans. We’re also reviewing the heating setup and the billiards room layout to see where improvements can be made for guest comfort and functionality. While we’re happy to hear none of these issues majorly impacted your stay, we absolutely agree that these details matter and should be taken care of. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending the home. We’d love to host you again during the warmer months so you can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces!
