Florida on a budget

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Pensacola a lot and have some fav spots. This was a trip our graduating teen and some friends asked us to chaperone (they were paying their way) so there was a strict cap on budget LOL.The place was extremely clean and close enough to the beach even for the mid-July scorching temps. ~250 steps to the sound side with a decent beach area. About 2-3X that for ocean side. Nice to be right by lifeguard and chair service.The only complaint our party had was the noise from the condo above. It didn’t bother me but I sleep like a log. And, that’s nothing that can really be controlled. But - if those things bug you - be aware.Community pool was great. If you’re looking for a good value with some amenities not far off from the expensive private home rentals - this is good for you. We have elderly folks in our family - this wouldn’t be the place for them. Too many stairs and steps IMO.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was relatively clean but the noise level at night made it impossible to sleep. People running up and down the stairs and stomping above us was intolerable. I would not stay here again.

Wonder family vacation home

My family of 5 had the opportunity to stay here in May 2024. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything my family needed for our stay. The access to the bay as well as the gulf was amazing. My children loved the pool as well as the bunk room in the unit. I would definitely recommend this condo to close friends and family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is beautiful. For being small it is laid out well. The beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was there isn’t great sound proofing and you can hear the people next door as well as all steps and movements from the people above. If you are light sleepers this might not be the place for you. It is also of note there is no elevator and must climb two flights of stairs to reach condo, this wasn’t an issue for us but would be of note for others.
