This beachfront condo is right next to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. These condos are the closest walk to the Navarre beach restaurants, parks & boat ramp you can get! There are 3 pools and hottubs to choose from, as well as the only building with a store. The store has smoothies, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, beach/pool toys as well as basic grocery items. Let us know how we can make your vacation better!

Perfect Trip

Loved this location. The condo was beautifully clean and exactly as it was advertised. We had a family of 6 and were very comfortable. The beach view is incredible!

Great Condo!

We loved our week long stay in this condo, the unit was clean and loved that every bed has white sheets! Location was great and the view for the 4th fireworks was amazing from the balcony since they were shot from the end of the pier. This is a great location and building to stay in if you have a family.

Great Location, Beautiful views

Unbeatable location; convenient to everything. Sits right on the beach and provides great views of both the beach and the pier. Walking distance to restaurants, sea turtle conservation center and convenience store. The condo is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Great time for friends and family. Great host!

Fantastic!

A comfortable, quiet condo with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. Brandon, the owner, was very polite and responsive. This place is spotless! All of the beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are well-appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again.

Great Navarre Vacation Rental!

My family of four loved this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Very clean, great beach decor, very comfortable beds, 3rd floor unit has great view of beach and pier. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night listening to the waves. Lots of little details make this condo a great choice for any family!

Great place to stay

Very clean, well equipped with everything. Extra towels, makeup remover, soap. The kitchen had everything and more like dishwasher soap and liquid soap even some seasonings including salt and pepper. That was very helpful. The balcony had a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Super clean with Great View.

We stayed here over spring break and had the best experience! We will be back. Property is very well maintained and very well stocked, it had literally everything! We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The view is also spectacular. The beach service was a huge plus. The communication was great as well. Hope to be back real soon!

We had a wonderful week at Navarre Beach. I have used VRBO more times than I can count and Brandon’s response time to all communication was the best. Condo was just as described and beach was perfect. We will be back!

May vacation

The condo was very nicely decorated and newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable we had everything we needed! The only downside for the week we were there it was windy all week double red flags we couldn’t swim sadly which defeats the purpose of going to the beach but we made the best of our stay!

My favorite place I've stayed on vacation. Everything was as pictured. Spacious, clean and bright. The view was great!! All amenities were thought of, we had everything on hand we needed. Great communication with property manager quick and efficient. Honestly couldn't be happier and would definitely like to come stay here again.

Amazing Condo

This was our third year staying at Summerwind West, but our first year in this certain condo. The condo was clean and ready a little earlier than the 4pm check in, which was nice. The upgrades made in this condo are also very nice! The master bath shower, amazingggg. Brandon was also great at communicating back and fourth. I'd say the only real complaints were that there were not a lot of bath towels and there are lots of knick·knacks that we were moving around to protect from our 2-year-old. Other than that, we loved it and hope to be back again next summer!

Not booking with this owner again

Not going into detail but we were accused of ruining sheets and pillows with stains and stealing a sheet and blanket, which is ridiculous! We stripped all the beds and the sheets were fine. So they didn’t give us our deposit back, when we did everything they asked us to and even vacuumed the place the night before. Stained sheets can be washed and don’t cost $500.00. I think they need a new cleaning crew, because they forgot to leave us important documents upon arrival and they’re liars. Navarre is beautiful but this owner is a thief.

Gorgeous Views, Steps from the Beach – Perfect for Our Family!

We had the best time staying at this condo with our adult kids (ages 22–28). The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick walk to the beach, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening watching the sunset.The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We all appreciated having our own space, and the setup worked perfectly for our group. My husband and I loved the peaceful mornings, while our kids took full advantage of the beach and nearby spots.The gym was a great surprise—small but clean and well-equipped, with huge windows overlooking the ocean. It made morning workouts actually enjoyable!This place really felt like a retreat for all of us, and we made some unforgettable memories. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
