Pelican Point comprend 1400 pieds carrés, 2 chambres avec lits King et Queen, 2 1/2 salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable, bar à petit-déjeuner avec tabourets à 2 barres et table à manger avec 4 chaises, laveuse et sécheuse, Master King Suite a vue sur le golfe du Mexique avec balcon et télévision à écran plat. 2ème chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et salle de bain attenante avec combo baignoire / douche et télévision à écran plat. Le salon a des sièges confortables, un canapé-lit avec une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD. Profitez d'une décoration de maison de plage côtière traditionnelle avec un mobilier confortable pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous. Pet friendly condo

Great condo close to beach access. They have a lot of beach chairs umbrellas and floats. Do not need to bring anything. The owners are very easy to work with. There are a lot of stairs fyi. The master bedroom does not get much AC flow. The second bedroom was very cool. For pet owners no green space but are able to walk on walkways in area.

Nice Beach place

The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Did not meet expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing.First, the location isn’t in the prettiest area of Florida. The outdoor photos were taken in a way that made it seem like there was a nice beach view, but there isn’t.Inside, the unit is much more outdated than the photos suggest. The furniture is old, and the decor feels unsettling—there were several spooky pictures on the walls that even our kids commented on without any prompting. The lighting was a major issue: very dim and yellow throughout the house. The main bedroom had just one small ceiling light and tiny lamps. The second bedroom had no ceiling light at all, only wall-mounted yellow bulbs, and with red walls, the room felt very dark and gloomy at night. The main bedroom was also uncomfortably hot, with no central AC or window unit—just a box fan, which wasn’t enough in the Florida heat.Downstairs was a bit better, though still outdated. One positive was the closet full of beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.), which was super convenient and saved us from having to buy anything extra.A major issue was the booking process. The property is managed by a third-party rental company, not directly through the owner. Communication through VRBO was poor—they were unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. When I booked, my card was charged, but VRBO showed that the payment had been declined. This caused the property to disappear from my account, even though the rental company later sent me a rental agreement to sign and charged my card in full days later. It felt disorganized and concerning.Overall, while the beach gear was appreciated, the misleading photos, outdated and eerie interior, poor lighting, lack of proper cooling, and frustrating booking process made this a stay I wouldn’t repeat or recommend.

Perfect location!

Great access to the beach and stocked with everything you need for a great week! We enjoyed using the kitchen and also all of the beach supplies they had available for use.

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Ocean breeze and the sounds of waves

Had really nice weather, the ocean view was really nice but I especially liked sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves while sleeping. The sand was so white. I would come here again.

This condo was well equipped. The gulf is directly across the street. The bay is not far behind the unit. The condo was a nice size.

Great location

comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!

The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good, even being on opposite side of the beach. However, the dishwasher didn't work, the front door didn't open properly. The condo needs updating and a good bug person. Sadly, will not rent this one again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the positive- the home was clean with a good kitchen for meal prep. The dining area was wonderful for our party of 4. Very close to the beach- just cross the road. Beach was fantastic, a 10 out of 10.The big negative was the dysphoric, tortures depressing artwork on the walls. Enough to induce depression and anxiety for two in our party. Had to cover them with beach towels. Walked through the rooms blessing and sprinkling them with Holy Water. For that disturbing vibe, we won’t be back to this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Navarre every spring in search of sun, waves and time with family. Pelican Point was a nice little place to have as a “home base” for our family of 4 while experiencing both the beach (5 minute walk) and the Santa Rosa sound (10 minute walk). Pelican Point has a well equipped kitchen (fyi-small coffee maker), comfortable furniture and beds. The living room and master bedroom both have nice little balconies with ocean views (across street), and back deck (just outside the kitchen/dining area) are all great peaceful places to enjoy a morning coffee and book. We really enjoyed using the bikes to get to the pier and nearby shops. Even though there wasn’t a usable beach umbrella, there were plenty of beach chairs provided. The property manager was available when needed, very kind and easy to work with especially with checking in, accessing the door code and check out. We will add Pelican Point to our long list of great Navarre properties to frequent in the future! 😎🌅

Good location, well equipped, easy check-in. Lots of little Mx issues I felt not worth calling to have Mx come but were annoying like fan not working in master, door jamming, some light switches not working, roach trap left in the corner of dining area, etc. Informed manager of fan but didn’t want to have Mx com out. Toilet started gushing water in the master one night after my daughter used it. She informed me she only went #1 so not sure why it clogged. Previously you already had to hold the handle down a while for it to flush. Because I said my daughter had just used it, manager blamed it clogging on my daughter (even though there was only liquid but okay.) I got the water to go down with plunger (there was no mess, just water in it) water went down but then it wouldn’t flush. So I had to have Mx come out which they did quickly. The house itself is older and has a stale smell to it. Smelled it when we first walked in and never went away. May just be old, I don’t know. We just did not look forward to coming back to the property to relax after being at the beaches all day. Then, due to the coronavirus craze we thought it was best for us to pack up and go home, especially with the beaches closing that Friday night at midnight. We cleaned up and packed and I asked for a refund for our last night. We were not due to leave until Sunday morning and we were leaving Friday night so I asked for a refund just for Saturday night. The manager said they can’t refund me bc check out is 1000 Sat. I informed her and showed her the reservation was until Sunday not sat. Of course, that’s when I stopped getting responses over text so I called. Then she said no because “the owners wouldn’t like it”. I assumed with everything going on with corona and beaches closed they would understand. I asked if she would at least try and she said the owners already said no (before even attempting). So I said fine and that I would leave an honest review of the house and my interactions with them. Then the manager said I got the place at a discount because I reserved it a week. If she gave me refund she would have to go by the nightly rates which was more so I already got a “free night”. I asked her to show me where it says I received a discount bc when I reserved it, it states per night. She directed me to their listing on Homeaway. I informed her I made the reservation on VRBO. Of course I didn’t hear back from her again. I have some of these messages over text saved.

The small handle in the tub falls out and is a danger for an older person who may have to use the handle to steady themselves. There’s paint popping off the walls in various places.
