Pelican Point comprend 1400 pieds carrés, 2 chambres avec lits King et Queen, 2 1/2 salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable, bar à petit-déjeuner avec tabourets à 2 barres et table à manger avec 4 chaises, laveuse et sécheuse, Master King Suite a vue sur le golfe du Mexique avec balcon et télévision à écran plat. 2ème chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et salle de bain attenante avec combo baignoire / douche et télévision à écran plat. Le salon a des sièges confortables, un canapé-lit avec une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD. Profitez d'une décoration de maison de plage côtière traditionnelle avec un mobilier confortable pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous. Magnifique véranda avec chaises longues pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Gril à gaz pour votre plaisir de cuisiner en plein air.

Nice Beach place

The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Great unit for a small family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked here last minute for fall break due to weather disrupting our prior plans. The communication with the rental company was prompt, and informative and no issues despite booking with less than 24 hours before checking in.The location is nicely located near public access and even with all of our beach stuff it was less than 5 minutes from walking out to being on the sand. The unit has some eclectic and fun decorations (not the standard 'life, laugh, love' hobby lobby stuff). It was great for our family of 4. The location and the price were right.

Love the location, Needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex many times before but not this unit. I understand that updates cost money, but when your renters are HOT because the AC is not keeping up, it is time to do something! Also, it rained a good bit while we were there and it leaks horribly around the front door frame. The paint is peeling in every room as well. But it was very clean and we enjoyed the location right across from the beach. One note: If you want your renters to feel welcome, remove the psycho/horror pictures of women from the entry stairwell!

Awesome spot

Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Great location

comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

Perfect location!

Great access to the beach and stocked with everything you need for a great week! We enjoyed using the kitchen and also all of the beach supplies they had available for use.

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!

The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Navarre every spring in search of sun, waves and time with family. Pelican Point was a nice little place to have as a “home base” for our family of 4 while experiencing both the beach (5 minute walk) and the Santa Rosa sound (10 minute walk). Pelican Point has a well equipped kitchen (fyi-small coffee maker), comfortable furniture and beds. The living room and master bedroom both have nice little balconies with ocean views (across street), and back deck (just outside the kitchen/dining area) are all great peaceful places to enjoy a morning coffee and book. We really enjoyed using the bikes to get to the pier and nearby shops. Even though there wasn’t a usable beach umbrella, there were plenty of beach chairs provided. The property manager was available when needed, very kind and easy to work with especially with checking in, accessing the door code and check out. We will add Pelican Point to our long list of great Navarre properties to frequent in the future! 😎🌅

beach time

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!

Relaxing!

Check out East Bay Crab House, the best seafood ever! The townhome had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach items. The view from the ocean side and the Bay side was great. We will be back!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was really hoping for a relaxing place. This wasn’t what we wanted. The unit was dirty and had an odd smell about it. Easily fixable with some attention. It also had an issue with the temp upstairs and other maintenance issues that seemed to be general neglect. Did anything really bad happen? No. Would it be on my list of places to rent again? No.
