Petite maison de plage bleue sur la plage de Navarre! 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain maison de campagne mise à jour avec garage et aire de stationnement pour bateau ou véhicule de camping! 8 couchages: 1 roi en chambre principale et 2 chambres supplémentaires avec un grand lit et un grand lit dans un canapé. Beaucoup d'espace de divertissement en plein air, des ponts et des vues sur le golfe et le détroit de Santa Rosa depuis les porches. Coucher de soleil phénoménal !! Hamac, balançoire, jouets de plage, chaises et serviettes, ainsi que grill, vélos, trous et plus. Marchez vers le golfe directement derrière la maison et ne voyez aucune maison ou structure devant la maison faisant face à Santa Rosa Sound (Intercoastal) et aux couchers de soleil. Deux téléviseurs 65 ’, wifi, dvd, netflix / roku et haut-parleurs extérieurs. This was our second stay at the little blue beach house, and it met all our needs and expectations once again. We had a perfect family vacation to Navarre and can't wait to come back!

A Perfect Little Beach Bungalow

We absolutely loved the beach house! Super quick walk to the beach. Lots of beach supplies in the garage. Comfortable beds. Great communication with property manager. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Location for our Stay!

We stayed here as a family of five (my 82 year old mother was with us) and had a fantastic experience! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided a lot of extras, not just in the house but for the beach also. We were so happy to have some chairs and beach towels to borrow. The location was amazing! It was just a short walk to the nearest beach access. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend) and it made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The host was thoughtful, kind, easy to reach, and well-prepared. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed the location and short stroll to the beach everyday. This was the most disconnected from the cares of the world that I’ve been in a long time. Very good assortment of beach equipment. Wonderful atmosphere and house layout.

Memorial Day 2023

W enjoyed the house and the hospitality. The location is amazing and having a place to park the boat trailer was a plus. This is our 4th year coming to Navarre and launching our boat to ride to Crab Island. The bikes were a plus and allowed us to get a great morning. Workout in while sight seeing.

Little Blue Beach House

The host Carolyn was great to work with. She answered all my questions within minutes and kept me well informed. The house was clean and beautiful, all the beds were VERY comfortable, walking distance to the beach and she had a an unimaginable supply of beach equipment. Bikes, boggie boards, carts...you name it, it was there. My family had a spectacular time and will be sure to look Carolyn up again for her VRBO. Memories here will last a lifetime.

Paradise

The Little Blue House was amazing. Very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Including tons of beach toys and multiple bikes. The best part was spending the sunrises and sunsets on the beach. Both equally incredible! The beach was so quiet. At most, we'd see maybe 8 other people out. If you want to be in the more touristy parts are the area, you are within a 30min drive of Destin and Pensacola. Our stay was prefect. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home💙

Nice stay, but bugs in the kitchen

Overall a very nice stay! Great location, just a short walk to beach and sound. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and having a washer and dryer was very handy for all of the beach towels. This is our second time to stay here and we were disappointed to find the kitchen had a lot of bugs. Lots of ants and even a cockroach on top of the stove. It made that portion of the house difficult to use and having a kitchen is a money saver on a trip like this. We love this property overall, just slightly disappointed with the bugs in the kitchen.

I’m somehow just seeing this review but really wish this repeat tenant would have messaged me or told me during stay as I’d have had my cleaning crew come out and address.. we do pay for regular pest control for the home and bugs have never been an issue as one would hopefully see in all of the prior reviews including this tenants past stay. I am sorry to hear that happened and disappointed I was not made aware during the stay to address any concerns. As someone who stays here regularly because it’s our vacation home, and as someone who cannot DEAL with bugs lol, I can assure potential tenants this is NOT the norm. In fact we stayed in the home just prior to this guest (4th of July week) and didn’t have any bugs during our stay.. not a single one. I am sorry to hear that after a good initial stay there was disappointment in the second!

So good, we immediately booked another stay!

My family of 6 stayed at the lbbh for our first spring break beach vacation. For the price, location, and amenities, you'd have a hard time finding a better place to stay at Navarre Beach!My kids (9, 6, 4, and 1) all slept comfortably, and enjoyed all the extra toys and games provided. The fenced-in yard was a HUGE plus, with a wandering toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone.As far as beach amenities, you barely have to pack a thing - Carolyn has plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, wagons, ANYTHING you could need for a day at the beach. The location is prime, super short walk to beach access and beautiful views of sand dunes and water on the sound side. The area was so quiet and pleasant, no wild party sounds, just relaxing. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked another trip later this year!I truly can't recommend this property enough. It feels like a family home, and Carolyn was a perfect host. Can't wait to come back!

Great Florida House

This is our second time to use this house. We love coming here and have enjoyed the house and the commendation. Plenty of room and the yard is great. One of the only few homes with a grass lawn that makes it perfect for kids to run around and play in. The corn hole game is great to set up in the back yard. You will find everything you need inside to make you stay an easy one. The garage is great to drop your outdoor and beach things in. Lots of chairs and beach things for the kids. It is an easy walk to the beach with a parking lot close by. The owner is great to work with and gets back with you very quickly. Our family plans on making this our go to home anytime we are down in Florida.

Little Blue House, Big Fun Vacation!

Exactly what we needed! Our stay at this rental made our vacation! It was exactly as advertised and we couldn’t have asked for more. Location was GREAT and the house had everything that was needed. It was just perfect for our kids (5 & 9) first trip to the ocean and we are already looking ahead for a future visit. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach house with us!!

An amazing week!

Everything about the Little Blue Beach House was perfect for us. It was fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, trash bags and everything you could need in the kitchen. The garage was full of bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, wagons, and umbrellas. Was so nice to not have to bring anything for the beach from home except our pop-up canopy. The beds were super comfortable; even the sleeper sofa in the living room. Short 5 minute week to the beach with the wagons. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

graduation vacation

My second oldest son graduated. Rather than a big grad party we took a vacation. This house was just perfect for us and our 4 kids. Everything we needed was provided to stay for the week. We enjoyed cooking at the house so we did not have to worry about every meal out. We really enjoyed the patio under the house in the evenings. The sand cart, beach chairs etc was very much appreciated for daily trips to the beach so we did not have to carry it all by hand. The owner was so wonderful with answering any questions we had prior to the stay. This was our first trip to Navarre. We loved it so much! Son #3 wants to come back for his trip when he graduates and we can't wait!!! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home!!

Great location and beautiful sunsets

We enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of things to enjoy the beach. My family enjoyed bike rides and the easy access to the bay and the short walk to the gulf! We also enjoyed cooking out and eating at the picnic table. We will definitely rent this house in the future. The owners were very easy to communicate with and gave good information on where to access the sound side beaches on red flag days.

Perfect location

This was our second stay at The Little Blue Beach House. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach, it has wonderful views of the sound from the double doors in the main living area and it’s so peaceful and quiet, which is what we prefer on vacation. The photos in the listing are accurate and the house is very clean and comfortable. The owner responds promptly to questions and was great to work with. We will continue to choose this property for future vacations to Navarre Beach.

We lived in Navarre Beach for over 5 years before moving away following our careers. It is a special place for our family as we have vacationed here every year since being kids, prior to living here ourselves. It is also where we met (check out local Tikki Hut BarJuanas!) and married, prior to moving around the Southeast and adding our dog and 3 children to our family. We lived for 6 years in SW Florida, then New Orleans, Raleigh, NC and now Cleveland, OH. We continued to come "home" to Navarre regularly, before deciding to purchase our home away from home finally for ourselves! It is our hope that you will love this little piece of paradise as much as we do! It truly is Florida's "Best Kept Secret!"

The outdoor spaces and landscaped yards are perfect for a family, and is fully enclosed and on the quieter of the two streets on the Island. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower, clothesline for hanging clothes, and the unobstructed sunset views over the Santa Rosa Sound in the Summer from the Front Porch are beautiful. The walk to the Gulf Side beach is only 5 minutes and we have a fishing cart in garage that makes it simple to bring all needed items along! :) (Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogie board are also provided in garage!)
