Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

2 blocks from Baby (fuji) Beach.

The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

50 Year Anniversary Gathering

Such a beautiful vibe at this well planned and well kept home! Our two daughters, their spouses, and two grandsons age 9 & 12 enjoyed a great stay with us. Careful thought was evident in every area of family life, from dining to sleeping to beach gear. Walked everywhere on the beautiful path, enjoyed the comfy beach views, moments away from groceries and shops. Comfortable for us in our seventies, gangs of fun for the preteens. Took snorkel classes the first day and swam with big turtles and beautiful fish. Went to the Smith Family Luau and feasted on their delicious fare plus special plates they made for our food allergy and vegans. Enjoyed the incredibly delicious gluten free treats at Haole Girl. I do not enjoy hotels and this was the perfect alternative.

Incredible Property

The location, the beach…..could you ask for more?! This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, the sunrises are unreal! The AC was another bonus! We were more than pleased with the choice to stay here!!

This property was exactly as advertised. You can sit in the backyard and watch the ocean for hours. The property owner was immediately responsive to any needs that we expressed.

Stunningly beautiful home in paradise

Great location of a truly spectacular home. The view from the property is almost too stunning to be real. Everything you need is in the house and the owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she couldn’t have been happier. Very hard to leave this house and this island.

Perfect location!

This was an amazing property. It was close to everything! Shops, food, Secret Waterfalls, tubing and easy to get to the south area. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had anything you needed. We woke every morning to the sunset and played in the ocean (they had all the items we needed) Communication with property was great! It was a 10 out of 10!

Gorgeous relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful time. Rob was so easy to communicate with and got back quickly if we had any questions. They had ample supplies in the kitchen and lots of towels, beach chairs, snorkels, etc. they also had lots of recommendations for places to eat which was super helpful. The proximity to everything was fantastic but at the same time, we had great privacy. The lagoon 100 yards down was perfect for our little one to explore, as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

New Year healing trip for family

Property manager emailed before our trip. Given our evening arrival, he advised us to get dinner in Lihue as most restaurants would be closed in Kapa'a. The location was very convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants, bike rental, and beautiful walks along the Kapa'a beach. House keeping was very responsive. Clean, appliances were in good working order, We would consider again!

The perfect beach house!

Our large family stayed here and it was the perfect beach house. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and water just steps from the back porch. The views can't be beat and nothing compares to waking up to the sound of the ocean every day. The property is in an ideal location to explore the island without spending the entire day driving. Rob was an excellent host and was extremely responsive. His team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Monica checked in on us regularly and brought fresh mangos and papayas from her own home! I will be recommending this home to everyone visiting Kauai and cannot wait to come back.

Overall very nice with one glaring exception

This property is located very close to the water, about 10 feet in fact, so the soothing sound of the ocean is ever present. This made for spectacular sunrises and moon rises. It’s an exceptional location. Once we were settled, the stay was great. However, the beginning of the stay was marred by the lack of cleaning beforehand. We arrived a little early from the appointed check in time, and asked the owner if it was ok to check in early. He agreed. The lock however, was set to not open until 3:00 pm. He texted us a new code so we could enter. We entered the house, and to our surprise, we saw piles of trash and recycling in plastic bags piled everywhere, rooms with cereal on the floor, and bedrooms a mess. Obviously, the cleaning crew hadn’t yet arrived. We called the owner, who responded quickly. He apologized and said he would look into the situation. We left the property until about 4:30p.m. When we returned, the house was still not cleaned. We contacted the owner again and they apologized again. After waiting another hour or so, we decided to stay at another property for the first night since we were not sure when the house would be cleaned. We requested the owner refund us one night of fees, which he did. The following morning we were able to return and stay in the property for the remainder of our trip. The owner informed us the cleaning crew finished cleaning the property by 8:30pm the night before. We could not verify this, since we had decided by that time to stay at another location. The refund went through successfully.

Home was beautifully located right on the beach where we sat each morning and night in the comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. The house was perfect for our group and I wouldn't change a thing. 7 days was not long enough.

Perfection

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing. Lots of hot water, comfortable beds, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The location is great. It in the between the north and south. The little beach is so fun to explore. Lots of little crabs. We walked to eat many evenings. I was so sad to leave. We can't wait to come back.

Exactly what I needed

The spot under the tree in the backyard was the best reading spot in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sunrise from bed was exquisite.I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Stores are within walking distance which made eating in super convenient.

Beachfront!!!!!!!

This house had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. It was amazing to walk out onto the beach in the mornings while the others still slept. And the bike path runs right in front of the property, so I took in the sunrise views while getting my steps in. AMAZING property!!!!!!!

The location of this property was amazing. It made our trip great. We were close to a lot of food choices. Rob provided all the things you need while on vacation! Nice beds, clean place, beautiful kitchen and everything you need. Very great host!

Oceanfront Bliss

Great stay in Kapa'a in Kauai! Plenty of room for all 7 of us enjoying a family vacation. We could step out the back door to the beach and hear the waves all night. Lots of masks, snorkels, fins, and other water toys to borrow. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed the water and walking to nearby beaches. Location was close to the airport and easy drive to north and south island destinations. Shopping for anything we needed was close enough to walk to from our quiet street. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our crew; coffee pots, slow cooker, microwave, gas oven and stove, we used them all! The owner was quick to respond with any requests and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for a great vacation!
