Beautiful home in a relaxing setting

We enjoyed our weekend at Soothing Shores. The house is well kept and stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. The waterfront location is extremely relaxing and we appreciated having access to a dock with kayaks. It's also a short drive to Annapolis, plus grocery stores nearby. It's such a convenient location but still feels very secluded. We would happily return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Soothing Shores. Our only complaint was that the weather didn’t cooperate so we couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor space. At least we had nice views from inside the house! The house is immaculately maintained and decorated and the upstairs bathroom is an absolute oasis!! We truly appreciated the touches of home from full sized shampoos to laundry detergent and cooking supplies. Everything you need is right there, making our quick weekend stay simple and easy. We would love to stay again and fingers crossed for better weather next time!

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. They even had two coffee makers! I loved how there were some condiments in the fridge just in case. And she also had fresh filtered water on the counter

Like going to stay at the home of a cool friend. Laid back, stylish, and functional. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great views! Great kitchen for cooking, but everything you want in restaurants and activities are just twenty minutes away in Baltimore or Annapolis. Grocery store three minutes away. Friendly neighborhood. Good river access. Excellent contact with management. I hope we’ll be able to come again!

Soothing Shores was everthing I had hoped it would be! I was looking for a home on the water, where I could surprise my husband for his 60th birthday, with a nice weekend of good food, views and relaxation. I was very pleased to be able to book just two nights, although once there we did not want to leave. The home was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and the added touches were over the top. There were beautiful fresh cut flowers and roses, chocolate treats (Andes mints, which my husband loves) here and there, and little travel sized toiletry sets in each bathroom. We also had bottles of water waiting for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you can think of needing to prepare and cook meals; and the outdoor griddle was perfect for cooking outside on a beautiful summer day! All around the home, inside and out, is a naturalists dream, with a beautiful array of plants, flowers, bird feeders, and even a safe drinking spot for the bees. You can sit out on the waterfront deck(s) and watch the amazing sunsets or go down the tram to the private neighborhood beach or dock. I could go on, but overall Soothing Shores is the perfect home for us to get away and relax! We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

Last minute getaway with my husband and another couple. We wanted to stay in Annapolis but couldn’t find anything available since this was a last minute decision. Found this place in Servena Park and it didn’t disappoint! We had a beautiful view of the Servn River. We were about 20-25 min from Annapolis depending on traffic so it wasn’t too far House was charming and had everything we needed We loved taking the tram down to the public beach dock It was very clean and beds were comfortable. I do think the cleaning fee was a little high but other than that everything was great !

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured, and the property management company was excellent to work with. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, and quickly resolved the one issue we encountered.The outdoor space was definitely a highlight. The views were beautiful, and having such easy access to the water made it easy to spend time outside. We also appreciated having the kayaks and fishing poles available to use.The layout worked well for our group of 6, with one guest bedroom downstairs, the primary bedroom and a second guest bedroom upstairs, plus an office that provides access to the washer and dryer.The things future guests should know is that the upstairs guest bedroom doesn’t have window coverings. If you’re sensitive to early morning light, it’s worth bringing a sleep mask. Parking is great for 2 cars but more than that can be challenging. The kitchen is very well stocked - a major plus for people traveling from out of town!Overall, this is a wonderful property in a beautiful location, and we’d happily stay here again.

The pictures online really don’t do justice for how nice the view is! We tried/wanted to stay longer but the house booked quick! Amazing location and property. Lots of nature including hummingbirds that regularly visit the backyard and tons of blue crab on the docks.
