Terrific place to stay in Annapolis. Extremely clean and comfortable with fantastic decor. Walking distance to Navy-Marine Corps stadium and downtown Annapolis. We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed for Plebe Parent Weekend. It was a great location and very comfortable. Our Plebe thought it was very cheery and relaxing. Very cute home! Beds were very comfortable!
We were in town for a week visiting my Mid at the Naval Academy and exploring the DC area with two other family members. Home was immaculate and clean. Kitchen was great if you want to cook instead of going out every night. Property is in an ideal location if you want to be slightly outside of busy DTA. Also, close enough to the stadium if you want to walk to a Navy football game. Host was amazing and always available if needed. Would definitely stay again!! 10/10!! Thank you for the great stay!!
Incredible stay. Host was accommodating and friendly. House was clean and fully appointed. And the back yard is like a park. Hope to stay with you again. Thanks Karen.
GO NAVY
House was just as advertised. Obviously well maintained and very welcoming to guests. We were in town for the Annapolis Boat Show and the owners were very accommodating. They worked with us with regards to check in times and leaving our cars parked at the house after check out which we really appreciated. We will stay here again if we're back in town.
We were in town for a girls weekend in Annapolis. Our host Karen couldnât have been more accommodating. The property was clean and gorgeous, we loved the vintage feel. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend and we will be back!
I absolutely loved staying here. It's so clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable, and spacious. It's located in a lovely neighborhood. The property is very well-taken care of and I felt like I was home when I was there. It's a very special place. And the owner is wonderful to work with!
Immaculate and adorable home! Felt like we walked into a time capsule. Walking distance to USNA , waterfront and restaurants yet very quiet neighborhood.
The cottage was absolutely immaculate. It felt like my family home when my grandparents lived in Eastport. Well organized and stocked. Perfect location for downtown Annapolis and the stadium!
We had a wonderful stay. Karenâs property is beautifully maintained, and well-stocked with all the comforts of home. Communication was stellar! Weâve already booked our next stay! Thank you Karen!
The home and the owner were perfect in every way. From fresh cut flowers, a very thoughtful gift basket, a personalized message, to a well-stocked coffee bar and fridge, no detail was missed. The owner truly cares about your experience and wants you to feel welcome. This has my family's highest recommendation.
We enjoyed our three nights in this charming home. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. This home is perfect for commissioning week, football games or a long weekend in Annapolis. The owner was highly responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay.
Wonderful! Adorable house, great location and the owner is incredibly gracious.
A true gem in Annapolis. Sweet cottage, close to everything! Fabulous backyard for relaxing and enjoying good conversation in a nice neighborhood. Itâs an easy 20 minute walk to great restaurants, shopping, and USNA. Plenty even closer than that. Friendly neighbors too! Owner, Karen, was a true delight, and I highly recommend her and her lovely home!
Charming cottage thoughtfully decorated with vintage furnishings. Very comfortable beds.
Our family stayed in Abigailâs cottage for Plebe Weekend. It was a great location. Very comfortable and furnished with everything one could possibly need and even extras. Extremely clean. Karen is an excellent host.
We just had the most amazing Annapolis trip! The house is decorated to inspire cheerfulness and nostalgia for a simpler time. Karen, our host, thought of everything we might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the house was sparkling clean. The back patio is a marvel, and we were able to enjoy sitting outside with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.
Located within a reasonable walking distance to downtown Annapolis, the neighborhood was quiet. If you're not up to the longer walk into town, hop aboard the Annapolis Circulator bus (free of charge) about a block and a half down the street at the Westin Hotel. It also doesn't hurt that you're only a couple of blocks from Miss Shirley's for a breakfast you won't soon forget.
I couldn't reccommend this property and host more highly! Thank you, Karen, for a memorable stay in your lovely home in the beautiful city of Annapolis. We hope to stay again in the future.
Thank you Karen for sharing your lovely cottage with us. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful..so easy to cook in. And the decor was true to the design of your renovated cottage! Great back yard, quiet neighborhood day or night and very close to our venue for the USNA reunion. Thank you also for your quick and timely responses. We hope to stay again!
I love Annapolis and the characteristics of old vintage homes! I purchased this adorable home from the owner who lived in the home since the 1950's, I renovated the home but wanted to keep it cozy with a vintage flair. Its furnished with treasures of days gone by, vintage furniture from the past, memories of grand parents and aunts and uncles. Its a labor of love, the backyard is super cute , covered in twinkling lights making a romantic backdrop for small gatherings, having friends and family over or just sitting alone enjoying the quiet.
Annapolis is my home, i love it and am blessed to be here, i want to share what i think is the greatest place to live! The home is furnished with upscale furnishings, towels and bed linens. This home has 3 bedrooms with sleeping room for 5 adults. Located in the quaint historic neighborhood of Murray Hill, there are lovely parks, historic charming homes and all within walking distance of the US Navy Stadium Naval Academy, downtown Annapolis, sailing marinas and historic museums.
a homey and romantic oasis in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of historic Annapolis. Home is decorated in 1930-50's vintage style and boasts a private backyard enclosed with fairy lights. A separate private cottage is also located on the property, the owner may stay on property or it could be available for optional separate rental.
