TINY Home in Shibuya Close to Shinjuku

Located in the hip neighborhood of Hatagaya in the Shibuya district, this house puts you in the heart of Tokyo with superb access to Shinjuku (4 min) and Shibuya (10 min). Filled with restaurants, bars and cafes Hatagaya will surely be a place you call home!
The space
A welcoming home with Living, Dinning and Kitchen (LDK) and a shower room in the first floor and 2 bedrooms in the second floor.

This house can sleep up to 5 guests as follows:

In the LDK there is a sofa beds that unfolds into a semi-single bed and can sleep up to 1 guests.

The main bedroom on the second floor can be set either with:
- 2 singles beds or
- 1 queen size bed (which is achieved by putting the 2 semi-singles together and placing an additional queen size mattress over.)

2 guest can sleep in this room when set-up as semi-singles and when set up as a queen size a couple and perhaps a small child could also be accommodated comfortably.

The second bedroom has:
- 1 Double bed and can sleep up to 2 people.

Coming back to the Kitchen in the LDK it has everything you will ever need to cater to a full fledged meal including:
- microwave
- refrigerator
- pots and frying pans
- plates and cutlery
Guest access
Hatagaya Station is 5 minutes away walking and from there you can reach popular spots in Tokyo in:
Shinjuku: 5 minutes
Shibuya: 10 minutes
Yoyogi: 8 minutes
Iwamotocho / Akihabara: 30 minutes
Narita: 90 minutes (please note that the Narita is in Chiba Prefecture Narita City)
Haneda: 60 minutes
Other things to note
Please note that this property operates under a hotel license, as opposed to a short term "Minpaku" license, and it abides by the strictest rules with respect to safety and cleanliness. I'm also required by law to verify the identities of all guests registered in the property whom are also the only guests allowed in the property; so, please declare the correct number and details of all guests entering the property. Any visitors also counts as guests.
