Beach Resort Home w/Ocean Views + Jacuzzi & Sauna!

Minutes from San Diego's most beautiful beaches, Downtown Del Mar and the racetrack. The home is divided over three levels, and is built around a private interior courtyard. Four large decks so you can truly enjoy the coastal breeze in one of the world's best climates. Incredible panoramic ocean and sunset views from most rooms. Resort like backyard with jacuzzi, firepit and luscious garden.

The space
Please visit DEL MAR DREAM () COM for more photos and videos! This is a very unique home. The interior of the house is approximately 3,500 square feet NOT including the 2,000 square feet of outdoor space.

On the first floor there is a central courtyard w/ a fountain, built in BBQ, and seating for eight with a fire pit. At the front of the house there is a terrace w/ ocean views, a small breakfast table and a swinging hanging chair. There is also a massive living room on this floor w/ a grand piano and next to the living room is the dinning room w/ a solid oak table w/ seating for ten.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms (in the rear), full bathroom, laundry room (with two washers and dryer), game room w/ pool table, darts, 80 inch HDTV and fireplace. The kitchen (fully equipped) is also located on the first floor - w/ direct access to the courtyard.

The rear yard has a ping pong table, hammock, jacuzzi, firepit, and water fountain.

Going up the spiral staircase to the second floor is the master bedroom w/ panoramic ocean and sunset views. Go to sleep to the sound of ocean, wake up to the big blue view. The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi style bathtub which also affords ocean views, and another outdoor terrace.

The master bedroom is set up with a Epson 4K Projector, 118' electronic movie screen, and Yamaha sound system.

At the rear of the second floor is the home office / fourth bedroom. Office has color laser printer, copy/fax, dual monitors, wireless keyboard/mouse, large whiteboard and LED Smart TV.

Moving to the fourth floor of the house via external stairs is a massive rooftop w/ an outdoor sofa (seats 6), firepit, exercise equipment and incredible ocean and sunset views.

Other things to note
We include two electric peddle assist bicycles and one regular bike. You can ride down to the beach and restaurants in minutes. We highly recommend taking the bikes onto the beach during low tide.

We also include two longboards, two shortboards, two body boards and many other beach games and accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.).
