Notre maison de plage parfaite est un 3 étages, 3000 pieds carrés, la maison unifamiliale seulement 3 maisons de la belle, célèbre plage de Del Mar sur 25th St. Un emplacement idéal avec accès à la plage pratique et à une courte distance à pied du Powerhouse Park (Super pour les enfants!), Des restaurants en bord de mer, et l'hippodrome de Del Mar. La maison est meublée et a une sensation très chaleureux, confortable et Beachy. Si vous connaissez cette région de Del Mar, alors vous savez qu'il est un pied plat à la plage avec pas de rues principales de traverser.

Notre maison est une chambre 3, 2 salle de bain maison qui dort 6 ou si vous louez la maison d'hôtes, en plus de la maison principale, il devient alors un 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain qui dort 8 (la maison d'hôtes est jamais loué séparément de la principale maison). Les principaux espaces de vie sont au 2ème étage pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Au 1er étage, vous trouverez le hall d'entrée, une chambre avec un lit queen, une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche, garage, et d'une grande terrasse extérieure avec spa. Le 2ème étage a la salle de séjour (avec cheminée), salle à manger, cuisine, terrasse extérieure, et la suite chambre des maîtres avec un lit king, coin bureau, coin salon, et une grande salle de bains avec 2 lavabos, une grande baignoire, une douche séparée et de marche -in placard. Le 2ème étage terrasse a un barbecue, table à manger avec 6 chaises, 2 tabourets de bar, un passthrough à la cuisine, et de bonnes vues sur la plage. Il ya aussi une chambre au 3e étage donnant sur l'océan avec un grand canapé, une vue imprenable, et un autre espace bureau où vous pouvez tenter d'obtenir un peu de travail. La maison d'hôtes dispose d'une petite kitchenette et un 2 lits jumeaux supplémentaires. Haute-vitesse d'accès à Internet sans fil.

Nous avons beaucoup de serviettes de plage, chaises, jouets de sable, des planches de bodyboard et autres. Et une douche extérieure chaude et un spa de sorte que vous pouvez laisser la plage en dehors.

La plupart de nos locataires reviennent année après année. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre maison autant que nous le faisons !!

Beach House

Great location just a few steps to the beach. Lots of included beach chairs and toys for the beach. The views from the second floor patio and the third floor loft of the beach are wonderful. Separate casita in the back next to the hot tub is perfect for a small separate living area when there are multiple families or for the kids.

Perfect as always

This was our 5th year in a row spending our San Diego vacation in this house. Everything was perfect as always. A comfortable stay for all of us and the property manager always makes everything so easy at check in and check out.

Del Mar get-away

It was the perfect home for grandparents of a two year old and adult children to slow down and spend quality time together as a family. The house is very close to a lovely beach and a nice walk to Del Mar’s charming restaurants. There is also a great playground overlooking the beach, on the way to Del Mar’s main street.

Loved everything about this property. Great space for us and teens. Perfect location. Has everything you need. Decor is definitely lived in but felt homey to us. Comfy beds. Hot tub was a great plus.

A roomy, comfortable stay!

The home was perfect for our group, which included 2 teenage girls, who loved having a separate “casita” to stay in. There was lots of room to spread out in the main house also. The owner could not have been easier to communicate with. Unfortunately, we had an ongoing issue with the dryer, which we had counted on when planning on clean clothing for a week. It was finally fixed on the day before we left. The hot tub could use an update also as the jets are not very effective. Nonetheless, the owners responded promptly to our issues and did their best to offer help. The location is great and San Diego is a 20-30 minute drive to places like Balboa Park. All in all, a good stay! Thank you.

perfect for family beach vacation

The location was perfect and the house is incredibly spacious with comfortable beds. Can't beat being that close to the beach and having so many beach amenities (chairs, sand toys, etc) at our disposable in the garage. The outdoor space is very nice too, including the hot tub.

Amazing location and layout

We had the best spring break at 25th Street Beach. Being able to walk out the door to the beach is priceless when you have two younger kids who need to come and go (and a working spouse who could join us in spurts). Actual location in proximity to greater SD was also ideal and made it a breeze to see friends in neighboring towns, or spend a day on Coronado and one at Legoland. The house layout was generous and thoughtful, with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and for needed work space. Outdoor shower and hot tub were a win. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable beach home, perfectly set up for families with kids, great patio deck, great views and very short walk to the beach... loved every minute with my kids and grandchildren. Very special vacation and will definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This is a great neighborhood. There was five adults in our group, and we all enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. We all agreed that it would be a great place to come back to. Walking distance to everything we needed. A great beach to take a walk on, or to surf the waves. If you are missing your dog, (like I was) you can get your dog fix with a walk on the beach where you will likely have a friendly encounter with a dog and it's owner. Overall a great experience for my friends and I.

Great place to stay!

Property was clean and well kept and had all the supplies you would need for your beach trip! Plenty of chairs, toys and towels! Property was large and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Hot tub was a great amenity after a swim in the Pacific Ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Del Mar Vacation

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this house with the whole family. It was perfect as always. So close to the beach and anything else we could possibly need or want for a relaxing vacation. Check-in and check-out super easy and property manager is always only a text or phone call away.

Amazing location

The house was just 3 houses from the beach, you can walk right out to the beach every day. And at night the hot tub was so nice. Plenty of room. Comfortable bed. Old school beach house vibe. Looks well loved. My sister and I had a very relaxing, socially distanced vacation. Easy to get groceries and food delivered. Never had to leave while we were there. The host was extremely nice and friendly.

Our family has been coming to Del Mar every summer for 15 years, always renting a different place until we stayed here last year. Everything was perfect and amazing so we stayed here again this year. It was great as expected!

Great Location For a Beach Vacation

We came with a group of 6 adults for a music festival. The house was just as promised in the information. The location is very close to the beach. The bedrooms were comfortable. The view from the upstairs deck was fantastic. The property owner was amazing to work with and quick to respond.

3rd house from the water

The house was so much closer to the water than I had expected from the pictures, so this was such a pleasant surprise. A huge quality house only 3 doors from the water and the home was very bright and comfy and perfect for our family. You definitely feel like part of the beach scene sitting up on the patio enjoying all of the activity. Can't wait to come back!

Unbeatable for location and value

Impossible to exaggerate the benefits of the location of this house if you have kids. They can be out of the door and on the beach in three minutes without having to cross the highway. The house is fully equipped, and the owner lives local if you have a problem(which we didn't) I have rented several places in this neighborhood , and this was by far the most comfortable. HIGHLY recommended !

Amazing and relaxing family retreat.

We loved this adorable beach house. My family of 6 (4 kids under six) had a great time during our stay. The location was a short walk from the beach and only minutes walking distance away from local shops and restraunts( Jakes is a must visit). We are already planning our return trip.

WOW! This vacation rental is fantastic. We have 2 sons and have been bringing our family here every year for over 15 years and love the house, the location, and all Del Mar has to offer. Any time of year it is wonderful! Very close to the beach and restaurants, and a short drive to attractions like Sea World, Legoland, and the Zoo. I highly recommend this home!!

This has been my family's multi-generational beach house for the past 35 years, we really love it. This is where great family memories are made! We love the close proximity to fabulous Del Mar beach, walking to restaurants, all water activities, and enjoying time together on the beach.

Our family loves this house because it's just 3 houses from the beach. And best of all, we all enjoy eating out on the patio where we can see the water and also watch all of the beach area activities.... people, airplanes, helicopters, train, surfers going back and forth, hot air balloons....
