Great property, for 6 adults. Love the 3 king beds and extra amenities. Home super clean and host very attentive. Would stay again!

We loved this house, a quintessential La Jolla Beachside gem. The house was exactly as described, maybe better. Very comfortable for our family of five. We loved the outdoor space and proximity to the beach, and the management company couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful.

House was in great condition. We really appreciated that the lights were on when we arrived. It was after dark so it made it very welcoming and easy to enter the house. Very clean and well stocked.

Excellent, well supplied, very clean house. Great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants; short drive to destination activities. Very dog friendly. Nice back yard. We loved every minute of our stay. We definitely recommend the dog friendly beach home.

House was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. The only issue was checking in. Requested two days early to check in at 2:30. Said they would get back to us. Didn't. Requested again next day same thing. Day of check in Requested. Sat in driveway until 4:00. No one around. Could have gotten in early. Nope! Gave us code at 4:00. Other than the check in the house was great

Great beach house get away

Had a nicely equipped older home and great yard for the dogs. There were a couple issues and the management company quickly responded and solved our problems. We all enjoyed our stay

This house was wonderful for our family of seven and dog. The home was immaculate, in a safe neighborhood and close to the beach. What else do you need? The kitchen was pretty well equipped and served us well for our five day stay. It was a short drive to a supermarket (Ralph’s) and La Jolla Cove. We liked it so much we are already planning our next stay.

Spring getaway

The property itself was fantastic! The property was spacious open kitchen concept with plenty of cooking tools. The rooms were a good size, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The area was also very nice. We had a wonderful experience staying here. I would definitely stay here again! The communication with the property management was excellent, they go all out to make it an amazing experience!

Great house, location and Very Clean!

We were in La Jolla for my son’s water polo tournament which was held at La Jolla High. We could walk to the high school because it was about 1/4 mile away. We could also walk to restaurants and the beach which was just over La Jolla Blvd. Cute little beach area and the neighborhood was quiet! We loved our stay!

Great stay with family for a week in La Jolla! Ample room for the three of us (two adults and a three year old), two dogs, and three grandparents. Very nice backyard and clean interior. About an 8 minute walk from Windansea Beach, 12 minutes from Marine Street Beach, and 15 minutes from the Farmers Market, located right off La Jolla Blvd. Great market for food, bars, and coffee places steps away. Parking for two large vehicles in the driveway. Host was able to get us in a few hours early and were very communicative throughout our stay. This is totally not a knock on this place at all, but I would not recommend it for anyone who absolutely 100% needs A/C. While we did get a breeze it was abnormally warm for La Jolla the week we were there so was around 80-82 in the house during the day even with all of the windows and back door open. Fans in each room were great for the night time though. We would definitely recommend staying there when looking for some California chill time in La Jolla!

Quiet , convenient and perfect summer weather

Unit is larger tha we nedded but well appointed, everything thought of, ywo outdoor seating areas. Walk to ocean is short, walk to resturaunts short, convenient grocery store short drive. Neighborhood is very walkable , friendly and filled with dogs and children. Instructions all A +, rules, check in, check out and accessability for any questions. Can highly recommend. Has it all !

Great location, just was not clean

Loved the location and back yard! When we first arrived, we noticed the floors were very dirty. After 5 minutes of crawling, our baby had dirt on her hands and feet. To their credit, the company sent cleaners but not until the next day. They also cleaned a bathroom that smelled like mold per our request. Overall, this place needs a deep clean. There should not be dirty floors when you check in. As described there is no AC. we knew this but it should be noted that it's tough to cool the house down even after it gets chilly at night. You should just be aware in case this will bother you.
