Notre belle maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains et 8 couchages., Construite en 2004, elle dispose de plafonds spacieux de 10 pieds, portes françaises, balcons, 3 cheminées, couloirs voûtés, wifi gratuit, et plusieurs téléviseurs + lecteurs DVD. La grande cour extérieure avec barbecue intégré, table de ping-pong, foyer, coin repas extérieur et jacuzzi creusé offre la possibilité de se divertir en famille ou de se détendre tranquillement.

La suite parentale dispose d'un luxueux lit king-size californien, d'une cheminée, d'une télévision et d'un balcon avec un coin salon. La salle de bain a une baignoire pleine grandeur, une douche double et un dressing.

La 2Ăšme chambre a un lit queen et TV.

La 3Úme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Ces 2e et 3e chambres ont chacune leur propre placard. Ils partagent une salle de bains Jack et Jill, ainsi qu'un grand balcon enveloppant ensoleillé avec coin salon.


La 4Úme chambre est une cabane individuelle avec un lit queen, salle de bain privée et TV + lecteur DVD.

La cuisine gastronomique comprend une cuisiniÚre Wolf et des fours doubles, un réfrigérateur / congélateur Sub-Zero, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes intégré, des comptoirs en granit et des armoires design. La salle familiale attenante dispose d'un canapé en coupe, d'une cheminée et d'une télévision + lecteur DVD.

La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et partage une cheminée avec le salon adjacent.

Un parking pratique est disponible dans le garage attenant pour 2 voitures.

Just love this house. Our family has stayed at the beautiful La Jolla house three times. So clean so much room and so close to the beach. The hosts is so nice and easy to work with. Excite to rent the house again in the future.

Everything was perfect from checking in to check out. Julia was communicative and super helpful with everything to ensure our stay was seamless. The house was a short walk to the beach and the house was warm inviting and very clean. If we are in San Diego in the future this is our go to spot for sure! The games for the kiddos were a great touch! The hot tub had a slight issue and Julia was quick to get the repair guy out to fix it! Definitely can't go wrong booking this beautiful home!

We highly recommend this property! Very clean and well kept. The owners are very helpful and made it easy to use the amenities. You can’t beat the location and comfort of the house. If you have a need for a larger group this place works well.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from USD. The directions for check in were easy to follow and our hostess Julia communicated with us right away and was helpful in answering our many questions. The house fit the 7 of us perfectly and we enjoyed eating out on the patio everyday and the hot tub is a nice touch. We loved the proximity to the ocean and there is beach gear at your disposal that we didn’t get to use and bikes too for your convenience. All the beds inside the home were very comfortable and you will like the decor. The only suggestion would be to get a more comfortable mattress for the cabana. Other than that, don’t hesitate to book this lovely home.

Amazing Stay

The house was so well appointed. My adult daughters and their spouses were so happy with the home. It had everything you could imagine. The knives were sharp, the kitchen was easy to work in. We spent most of our time outside in the wonderful patio. The beach was great! One of our best stays! We will be returning.

Walk to the beach in minutes

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there including items for the infant we had with us. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, bikes and the short walks to the beach for sunsets. There was also a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions and helped make our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful home at perfect location

The home is even better in person. It’s a perfect location with being walking distance to the beach and quick bike ride to the shops/restaurants. It was a perfect setup for a family trip. My in laws were very comfortable in the ground level cabana. The primary was very spacious with a large walk in closet. All the drawers and controls were well marked with notes and rules. We had a wonderful stay!

Love La Jolla

Highly recommend this property. A short walk to the beach and to several eateries and a nice market. The house is larger than it appears from the front view. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. Great kitchen with everything you could need. The games and books are a nice touch. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Thank you Julia.

Perfect holiday stay for our family

We just finished a wonderful stay at this fabulous house in La Jolla, and we can't say enough good things about the location, the house, and the host. An easy 25 minute drive from the airport in San Diego, this house has all that we could ask for--very cozy and comfy feel, lovely areas for our family to gather, a wonderfully up-to-date and fully functional kitchen, a garage for our car, 4 bikes, a beautiful and well maintained outdoor hot tub in a pretty courtyard, very comfortable bed rooms, a close 1/2 block walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk to town, and a very accessible, friendly, and helpful host. We look forward to returning!

Terrific Thanksgiving stay!

Awesome house to host our family for Thanksgiving! The kitchen is amazing-spacious with so many cooking pans, pots and utensils. Having the kitchen open into the family room-allowed us to watch football while we prepped the meal. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near so many wonderful restaurants. The extras-such as hot tub, ping pong and fire pit made the stay that much more enjoyable. The walk to La Jolla cove is so beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking! Had a fabulous 9 day stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Julia!
