À propos de cet hébergement

Notre belle maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains et 8 couchages., Construite en 2004, elle dispose de plafonds spacieux de 10 pieds, portes françaises, balcons, 3 cheminées, couloirs voûtés, wifi gratuit, et plusieurs téléviseurs + lecteurs DVD. La grande cour extérieure avec barbecue intégré, table de ping-pong, foyer, coin repas extérieur et jacuzzi creusé offre la possibilité de se divertir en famille ou de se détendre tranquillement.

La suite parentale dispose d'un luxueux lit king-size californien, d'une cheminée, d'une télévision et d'un balcon avec un coin salon. La salle de bain a une baignoire pleine grandeur, une douche double et un dressing.

La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et TV.

La 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Ces 2e et 3e chambres ont chacune leur propre placard. Ils partagent une salle de bains Jack et Jill, ainsi qu'un grand balcon enveloppant ensoleillé avec coin salon.

La 4ème chambre est une cabane individuelle avec un lit queen, salle de bain privée et TV + lecteur DVD.

La cuisine gastronomique comprend une cuisinière Wolf et des fours doubles, un réfrigérateur / congélateur Sub-Zero, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes intégré, des comptoirs en granit et des armoires design. La salle familiale attenante dispose d'un canapé en coupe, d'une cheminée et d'une télévision + lecteur DVD.

La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et partage une cheminée avec le salon adjacent.

Un parking pratique est disponible dans le garage attenant pour 2 voitures.

Family Trip

The property was perfect for the three couples in our family and we each had privacy. The shared indoor and outdoor spaces were great for cooking, dining and relaxing.

Love this Place

Wonderful stay at this cute La Jolla house. My family really enjoyed the house so close to the cove. The host is so on top of it and so easy to work with. This is our family second time staying at this house.

Wonderful stay - I could live there full time! Nice easy walk to the beach. Well appointed with beach chairs and beach toys. Kids toys and books as well. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Love La Jolla

Highly recommend this property. A short walk to the beach and to several eateries and a nice market. The house is larger than it appears from the front view. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. Great kitchen with everything you could need. The games and books are a nice touch. I wish I had been able to stay longer. Thank you Julia.

Perfect holiday stay for our family

We just finished a wonderful stay at this fabulous house in La Jolla, and we can't say enough good things about the location, the house, and the host. An easy 25 minute drive from the airport in San Diego, this house has all that we could ask for--very cozy and comfy feel, lovely areas for our family to gather, a wonderfully up-to-date and fully functional kitchen, a garage for our car, 4 bikes, a beautiful and well maintained outdoor hot tub in a pretty courtyard, very comfortable bed rooms, a close 1/2 block walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk to town, and a very accessible, friendly, and helpful host. We look forward to returning!

Terrific Thanksgiving stay!

Awesome house to host our family for Thanksgiving! The kitchen is amazing-spacious with so many cooking pans, pots and utensils. Having the kitchen open into the family room-allowed us to watch football while we prepped the meal. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near so many wonderful restaurants. The extras-such as hot tub, ping pong and fire pit made the stay that much more enjoyable. The walk to La Jolla cove is so beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking! Had a fabulous 9 day stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Julia!

Close to beach, less than a block away. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas available. Amenities are close by - CVS, Grocery Store, eateries, etc). Lots of quick places to eat (cafe, tacos, bar) within walking distance. Property was awesome, super clean and comfortable. Roomy and everyone had their privacy and space. Washer/dryer a plus. Hot Tub was highlight for the group. We enjoyed staying at this home! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Setting, Highly Recommend

First, Julia was a pleasure to work with and the communication exchanges were always top notch. We were a three generation family of eight, ages from 3 to 75, and the home was perfect for us - spacious, beautifully furnished, countless little touches, abundant recreational options (bikes, boards, games, etc.), and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was great (we are foodies to a fault). The garage was useful but most of the time we found spots on the street in front of the house. The outdoor patio was a great family hangout and BBQ area. In sum, whenever we return to the area, this house will be our first choice.

Great location

This property was so nice! My family loved the house. There is a detached cabana on the property that is easily missed in the details of the property. My In-laws really enjoyed it because it was on the ground level and they aren't as stair savy as they used to be! Julia was a great host and very responsive. There were a ton of beach items that were helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, good location

We had a marvelous time at this property. The best equipped kitchen I have experienced in over 30 rentals, The house is very close to the beach and it is easy to get to all of the great attractions in the San Diego area. Only drawback to location is the lack of a reasonably priced grocery store. Of course, it is La Jolla!

Wonderful Bridal Party Shopping weekend

All rooms and the property itself was even better than the pictures. Our group of 5 adults used all the amenities. We loved the courtyard space, firepit, grill and hottub. Short walk to the beach which we enjoyed one day too. And not too far to walk into town to restaurants if you are up for a nice stroll. Our party was here to join my daughter to wedding dress shop and we were successful in that objective while having great space in Julia's home to relax together ( or apart ), cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen or grill and enjoy the outside patio. Great and clear communication from Julia. Would highly recommend this home to others and would stay here again.

Family wedding

This is an amazing property! The house is very clean, well appointed and roomy. It is 1/2 block to the beach and well located to all the things available in the SanDiego/LaJolla area. We stayed for a family wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Perfect setup, exceed expectations...

So close to the beach but yet with so much space. From hot tub to ping pong table everything for a fun family beach week. The house does feel bigger than the pictures let on. Julia was on top all communications and was very responsive. I would absolutely book this house again.

Fabulous find

We were in LaJolla for a family wedding. There were 7 adults in our group. We were so thrilled with everything this property had to offer from its large rooms to its amazing outdoor spaces. The pictures do not do this property justice. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There was so much room that if you wanted to socialize with the group or go off on your own and read a book you could comfortably do this. The property was immaculate and you couldn't ask for a better location. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to great restaurants. If you choose not to walk it's a short uber/lyft ride into downtown LaJolla. We would love to return next time we are in beautiful LaJolla.

This is a truly wonderful home in the perfect location with a gracious host. We truly loved everything about this vrbo. We are a family of five and we have rented countless vrbos around the country and this may forever be one of our favorites. The layout was perfect for us and the hot tub was awesome. Very close to the village and a quick walk to the water. We will definitely be back.
