Poolside at Palm Ridge - A beautiful, spacious home by the pool, ideal for your extended stay needs. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a spacious two-car garage. Close to the 101 freeway and close to TPC Scottsdale, Westworld of Scottsdale, Kierland Commons Mayo Clinic, Envita, and The Scottsdale Quarter.
Step into the entertainer's dream backyard, complete with a heated pool, sun loungers, a charming cabana, and a covered sitting area featuring a mounted TV. A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and bar ensure that you can enjoy outdoor culinary experiences to the fullest.
Indoors, the family room presents a billiard table for your enjoyment, accompanied by two regular sitting chairs and two generously-sized, oversized chairs. The open-concept living room seamlessly blends with the kitchen, creating a sense of spaciousness. In the living room, two comfortable sofas and a coffee table surround a cozy gas fireplace, offering a welcoming ambiance. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The kitchen's centerpiece is a substantial island that serves as both a breakfast bar and a cooking hub, providing ample space for culinary creations and entertaining. For more casual dining, a breakfast table accommodating up to 4 people awaits to the right of the kitchen.
The beautifully appointed master bedroom is a haven of relaxation. A plush upholstered king-sized bed takes center stage, flanked by two nightstands with stylish lamps. A spacious wooden dresser and a wardrobe rack offer ample storage options, ensuring your comfort during your stay. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 43â Smart TV within view. Please note that the master bedroom closet is inaccessible, but the dresser and wardrobe rack are available for clothing storage. The master suite's attached bathroom is a sanctuary of indulgence, featuring a dual-vanity, a walk-in shower, a soothing soaking tub, and a private commode.
Each of the second, third, and fourth bedrooms exudes comfort with queen-sized beds, paired with two nightstands and accompanying lamps. These rooms also provide full-sized closets.

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.
**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." .
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
**Additional fee for pool heat. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **
~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $65.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
