-For stays of 6 days or longer, a mid-service pool cleaning is scheduled. During ladybug season (October - November), the homes undergo monthly pest control. While we can't prevent their presence, our homes are regularly maintained. Refunds are not available for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
