This suite is in the seaside community of Royal Bay, which is 30 minutes by car (off peak times) from Victoria.

Relax in a spacious 710 sq. ft separate suite with a private entrance. Plenty of natural daylight (6 large windows + private yard.

There are NO kids or pets above the suite. So you have a quiet vacation.

The east-facing suite spans the entire walk-out level of our contemporary home and features 6 large windows that fill the space with natural light each morning.

Quiet Comfort in a Beautiful Location

Our family of three adults (myself, my husband, and our adult son) lives upstairs. We do not have pets and do not allow them in the suite. We’re committed to creating a quiet, respectful environment where you can truly relax. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe home to friendly families and retirees.

Downtown Victoria is just a 30-minute drive away (Off-peak), while local shops, cafés, and restaurants in Colwood and Langford are just 8 minutes by car. Royal Roads University is also a quick 9-minute drive.

Easy Access & Parking

Parking is available on the right side of our private driveway. To reach the suite, simply open the gate and walk down a gently sloped path it takes only about 15 seconds to reach your private entrance, which features a convenient keypad for self-check-in.

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire walk-out suite, including:

A private bedroom with a queen bed and large closet and drawer

A cozy living room with a futon sofa bed (ideal for one child; 5'10" long)
