House Rules:

● No smoking on the property (including vaping)

● No parties or loud noises

● Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

● No pets allowed

● Only registered guests may stay in the house

Violations may result in being asked to leave and/or fines.


Please note:

● The owner has three small dogs on the property. They may bark occasionally when they see people or other animals outside, but they are friendly and settle down after greeting (“saying hi”). The owner is always present with them when they are in the yard, and they are never left outside on their own.
