Lovely, Spacious Cottage near Craigville beach

This is a lovely cottage in a great location--just half a mile to Craigville beach and a block away from the town of Centerville. It's comfortable and cozy and a perfect spot to experience all the Cape has to offer
The space
This is a lovely, recently renovated three bedroom, one and one half bath house just one-half mile to Craigville Beach and less than a block to Centerville town (just a quick stroll to Four Seas Ice Cream!) The house has all hard wood floors, gets lots of light, and is spacious and clean. Three bedrooms have a queen, a full and a twin, and two more twins.
We also have a roll out twin bed available

The house has a flat screen TV in the living room and air conditioning units in the living room and all three bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There is a large backyard with a patio and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower.

This is a very family friendly house with lots of charm, a comfortable house that you will love in the summertime and feel cozy by the wood fireplace in the offseason.
There is plenty of parking. Please note that there is a small carriage house at the back of the property with a year round tenant who is very private and quiet.
We ask that you park your car turning to the right, toward the fence.

Guest access
There is a large yard and a lovely deck with an outdoor shower. There is a basement with a washer/dryer

Other things to note
there is a carriage house at the end of the driveway and a quiet tenant lives there. We have plenty of parking but ask our renters to turn to the right when they park so everyone has space.
