We stayed at this property for four days and, while the home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood as advertised, several issues impacted our experience, particularly for a family stay. The kitchen had only one small bowl nothing appropriate for cereal or meal preparation. Nearly all towel racks were damaged or unusable, and there was no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom or any kitchen towels. The master bathroom cabinets were broken, and the back screen door was damaged, falling off its track when opened. There were no dressers or drawers for clothing storage, and despite photos showing a baby crib, none was provided. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. We hope the host can address them for future guests, as the property has potential. Communication with the host was cheerful in tone, and implied they would resolve issues for future guests. We suggest families confirm amenities like cribs and kitchenware before booking.
House was clean, neighborhood very nice, beds very comfortable. However, the house was not fully stocked with basic necessities like enough toilet paper, enough dishes for the amount of people who could stay, enough paper towels, enough hand towels, and no kitchen towels. The pictures showed a crib but there was no crib for a child to sleep. The furniture was very sparse, only 5 spots to sit for a house that sleeps 7. Deck had a beautiful view but not great opportunity to sit and watch the view. One bathroom cabinet door was off its hinges.
Never received entry code, so checking in was a hassle. House is in good condition overall. Main floor bathroom had towel bar that was falling out of the wall, and did eventually. There were no towels or dish rags for cleaning kitchen. Garbage disposal does not work. GFCI outlet does not reset. Possibly tripped circuit breaker, but electrical panel appears to be in a locked closet.
This property gives great views of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to anywhere in the Denver area.
