Notre maison a un plan d'étage ouvert conçu pour la vie décontractée dans une communauté fantastique. La maison est d'environ 4800 pieds carrés, et a été entièrement rénové récemment et présenté dans le magazine New England Home. Il y a une grande cour arrière, avec un coin salon et un grill. Il ya des appareils haut de gamme, y compris Viking, Thermadore et Miele dans une cuisine gastronomique bien approvisionné. Il y a aussi une table de billard Brunswick, un réfrigérateur à vin et 4 télévisions à écran plat et une cheminée. La maison dispose de 2 zones AC / chauffage et dispose également d'un déshumidificateur central gardant la maison très confortable toute l'année. La maison est parfaite pour les réunions de famille, les escapades en couple ou les week-ends entre filles ....

Wonderful Family Home

This was the perfect house for my family’s visit to Marblehead. It was well stocked, very clean, and the backyard provided the perfect spot for everyone to relax.

We always come back!!

This is our 5th time staying at this amazing home and each time is as perfect as the last! Andy and Mark are the perfect hosts and the house is incredibly well stocked! Be it a glass of wine by the fire pit, a dip in the pool or catching the sunset from the front porch, we always enjoy our stay!!

Incredible home!!

This is our 4th time staying in this beautiful home and we will definitely be back again. Everything about this home is exceptional and the host and owners are a joy to work with!! Late afternoon wine on the front porch, fabulous dinners in the gourmet kitchen and nights sitting around the backyard fire pit, great memories made each visit!! Birthday Witch Hunt

The property was beautiful and the host absolutely on point with communication. Some personal touches with fresh flowers and local treats really set the tone for our week. Had some slight trouble with TV's, but I didn't mind too much as we were there to tour the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Family visit

We’ve stayed at this home a few times before and keep coming back! So many wonderful memories from past stays! The home, location, service and hosts are beyond amazing! The addition of the plunge pool and fire pit to the back yard made an already fabulous home even better! Beautiful home, plenty of space. Plunge pool use was not up to requested expectation. I would definitely recommend this property to stay with family. Great memories are formed in homes like this one.

Simply an Amazing Experience

An absolutely gorgeous home, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We rented this lovely home for my daughter's wedding at the CYC and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Both the owner and host were wonderful to work with and ensured that we had all that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, the grounds are pristine, and the home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We will definitely rent this property again, and highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to come to the Marblehead area and have a truly enjoyable experience. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was beyond expectations and had plenty of room for our group of eight. Game room was a wonderful touch for the guys. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Directions provided were easy to follow. Coordinator was prompt with their responses and pleasant to work with since day 1. We would DEFINITELY recommend.

An absolutely stunning home with so many spots to have quiet conversations or engaging dinners. The owner and property manager were so easy to work with and the space was such a dream. Highly recommend snagging an opportunity to spend time in this home if you find it available on your next trip!

Perfect rental

We loved every single second in this beautiful home. Perfect soothing beachy decor. Super comfortable bedrooms with soft, fluffy linens. Gorgeous bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking, but there are also lots of yummy local food options so you don’t have to. Lots of little touches not found in many VRBO rentals made the stay extra easy because we did not have to run to the store for every single thing like hand soap, trash bags, etc. The area is magnificent. We hope to return to this fabulous home many more times in the future.

The perfect place for a relaxing summer getaway

My family stayed at this home for a week. my husband was able to work remotely from the yard as well as the den flawlessly. Great wifi and sonos sound system. The kitchen was phenomenal, even for the gourmet chef in my group. I've stayed at many VRBO homes and Mark, the property manager at this home, was by far the best contact I've ever had. He was so friendly and responsive and even surprised us with a box of chocolates at check-in. The quality of the home is superb.

Comfortable Oppulence on Marblehead Neck

We loved this very clean (COVID clean!), beautiful home on the Marblehead Neck. The beds are extremely comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the neighborhood is a wonderful place to vacate and regenerate. Be sure to take time each day to get to the Lighthouse (at the top of Harbor) and Castle Rock (straight up Harvard, make a left on Ocean). We enjoyed whale-watching, drives along the penninsula up to Rockport, and cool evenings out in the beautiful backyard. We hope to be back some time soon.

The Ferullo Family

The perfect get-away residence for our family to enjoy a week’s stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mark (proprietor) with an unexpected fruit basket and delicious homemade banana bread compliments of Mark’s mother!!! The spacious house had all the amenities promised and more. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to have breakfast every morning to help jumpstart our busy days when we were out and about. Beds/mattresses extremely comfortable with ample feather pillows. Bathrooms well stocked with the softest and whitest bath towels. Washer, dryer and supplied detergent came in handy especially with two extremely active 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 boys!!! Loved the fact that there were children’s books and toys available. One suggestion would be to have more hand towels available within eyesight in bathrooms. Also, for the life of me, I could not find any kitchen dish towels; however, we made due with the two dishwashers and ample supply of paper towels. One regret we had which was no one’s fault but our own was that we didn’t have the time to utilize the awesome pool table and the provided bikes. Much too busy!!! In summary, if we ever have another family wedding to attend in the North Shore, we would definitely consider staying at 2 Andrews Lane again!!!! Thanks so much for your hospitality, Mark!!!!! Fabulous property - ideal location - everything we wanted it to be and more

We chose this property for our visit to MA for a wedding in October. The home was everything the owners described it to be. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for us to gather but also spread out. The kitchen, with adjoining living and dining areas, is the heart of the home. Our family loved to gather each morning before starting our day. Because we were busy with wedding commitments we didn't get to spend much time at home so we hope to visit again. When we do, we hope to enjoy the outdoor space, in front and back and take more walks around the neighborhood and very nearby oceanfront. The owner and property manager were responsive when booking, checking in upon arrival, and during our stay. I highly recommend the property to families wanting to visit charming and historical Marblehead and the surrounding towns. Not to be taken in a negative way at all, because it is not a problem for most, but do be aware the house has 6 levels, if you count the garage entry level, so if stairs are a concern for young children or older adults, you should talk to the owners first and be sure that it accommodates your guests. We were 100% satisfied with our 5 night stay and can't wait to visit again!

Amazing stay!!!

We had the most amazing family vacation at this lovely home. It's in the perfect location and beautifully decorated. We were so happy when we arrived as the house was pristine and much larger that it appeared in the pictures. Mark was charming and wonderful to deal with and ensured we had the perfect stay. We will definitely come back for another visit!

Beautiful stay in Marblehead

We recently rented this beautiful home in Marblehead. It exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, luxurious and well appointed. Mark, our host, could not have been more helpful. Everything was amazing from beginning to the end..

I stayed with my family for a long weekend. There was great communication with Andy. He provided detailed information on the home with awesome recommendations on dinning and activities. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean with updated appliances and relaxing decor. It was an amazing experience overall and will definitely recommend to family and friends for a perfect getaway from the city.

A perfect home for a family reunion

We rented Andy's home for my mother's 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and was very comfortable for our extended family. There are several very comfortable bedrooms (w/comfortable beds) to choose from and the space is great if you have a number of people who need to either sleep in or stay up late. I highly recommend renting the home - you'll love the space and Andy is very responsive to your needs both before, during, and even after your stay.

I grew up in Marblehead and then moved to California in 2000. This home is our dream house at an ideal location on Marblehead Neck. I have a host (Mark) who will meet you and take care of whatever you need to make the experience a great one.

Apart from the layout and beach 'feel' of the house, I particularly love the location. It's about 200 yards from Eastern Yacht Club and right in middle of all the activity on M'head Neck.
