Beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath located less than a mile from downtown, The Riverwalk, The Shops at Rivercenter, The Alamo, Convention Center, Alamodome and so much more!

Relax after a busy day on the big comfy couch or on one of the premium beds. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a cup of coffee, board games or a drink out back by the firepit! We've provided quality furniture, linens and equipment to help make your stay amazing.

On and Off street parking are free. Fully permitted for short term rentals.
The space
Traveling with kids? We have a stroller, highchair, pack n' play (with sheets and all) Tear Free shampoo and lotion, child safe dishes and even a baby monitor. We have board games for all ages and Smart TVs in every room with Free Netflix and Hulu (both are Commercial-FREE), PLUS local stations, and more!

Downstairs bedroom has a full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
There is also a half bath downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combination.

For our guests’ privacy, there are window shades throughout the home, and room-darkening shades in bedrooms and living room.

A wireless printer makes life easy and if you need to take a note, tape something together or just want to draw, we have office supplies at the ready!

Outdoors, we have a patio with a fire pit and glider seating in the back yard. There are also individual seats and tables that can be moved to suit your preferences.

Great weekend

The house is in a neighborhood that is being renovated, so be aware you're not in an "fancy" neighborhood. The owners are clear in the description. That said, with 3 moms and 3 dauughters, we never felt unsafe. It's a solid, working class neighborhood and it was very quiet. We were in town for an event at the convention center. It's a 5 minute drive, no way to get turned around. There are good restaurants nearby and everything you want is within a short drive. The owners are very responsive, the house was very clean, and they provided a few things that most of the short term rentals I've used don't have. Coffee, laundry soap, cotton balls/qtips and shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely consider stayimg here again when we return to San Antonio.

Nice House...Terrible Neighborhood

The house is nice and well stocked. But unless you want to keep the window shades closed for the duration of your stay, then stay elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, the house is nice. But the neighborhood isn't being revitatlized from what we saw. This particular house was revitalized but the neighborhood isn't going anywhere. There's a mortuary a few houses down that had a funeral during our stay - not nice. Keep doors locked the whole time and your car. But, the house is well stocked and everything inside was nice. I'm the kind of person that likes to enjoy the location and kick my feet up on the porch - not here. Look elsewhere if that's what you want. Didn't feel safe to us, especially with our girls. Sorry but all true.

Very Nice

The house was as listed. It was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was very easy and they had a very convenient book to help with the ends and out of the property. Beds were very comfortable and made the end of our trip easy. Close to downtown, we chose to drive verses walking. All in all a great stop on our trip and everyone was very comfortable.

Convenient location, Nice clean home!

The house was very nice and had all the essentials we needed. It was very convenient to the downtown/Riverwalk area. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood so don’t expect every house around to be this nice. We had one small issue one night but contacted the owner and they had someone there to repair it first thing the next morning A

Great for a Staycation

Overall, this property was great! Perfect for a quick staycation with the family. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and clean when we arrived. We brought our daughter and her friend (both teens) and they really enjoyed the house too. And to end it, we had a campfire in the backyard with a fantastic view of the Tower of the Americas, which was a relaxing, fun experience for us all. Oh, and the property owner was great as well..very responsive. All in all, we would highly recommend!

Well equipped, comfortable and peaceful home that was located close to everything! Watched the New Year fireworks with my mother and children from the back yard. Very thankful this was the one I chose!

Great house! The beds are comfortable and the owners provided so many extra items like coffee, creamer and a bag of ice. The location is very close to the Alamodome and the bars and restaurants downtown.

Excellent experience!!!

House was nice, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was really clean. Flawless and had a very pleasant stay.. Absolutely loved the fire pit in the backyard, and designated smoking area which there is not enough of from other rentals!!!! One thing I would add is a fireplace poker for the fire pit. Wood and quite possibly might stay again when in San Antonio!!!

Tolles Haus für Unternehmungen in San Antonio

Das Haus ist super toll eingerichtet. Alles sehr großzügig und groß mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kann zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nöhe laufen. Einkauf ebenfalls sehr nett. Nette Umgebung! Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit

Relaxing Getaway

We made a quick weekend trip to celebrate a birthday. Right from the start communication with owner was great. The check in was super easy. The house was updated and in a quiet neighborhood. We rented scooters and the kids rode them up and down the road. We even road from the house to the Riverwalk area one evening. We would definitely stay at this property again.
