Come and souk up the uniqueness and custom build of this vintage place, turned into a luxurious oasis. This is a cozy studio dedicated for a couple or a single guest traveling for business. This is a charming two story antique building with two apartments above, and two studios at the bottom. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with all kitchen and bathroom essentials guest may need during a short or extended stay.
The space
This studio is located minutes from Downtown Winter Haven, one of Florida's oldest towns. It is a small Downtown, that is packed with lots of unique delightful places where you can eat and drink. It’s also a perfect place just to walk around and have a relaxing evening. Its a place you must experience at night!

Loved this quaint and tastefully chic get away! It was very accessible to the surrounding areas where we had events going on. We could tell there was a lot of care put into the small, but perfect space for a couple nights. It was spotless and comfortable and had a wonderful spacious shower which was nice to come home to. We will definitely stay again if in the area and highly recommend!

The perfect place for one or two people. Clean & well kept, owner very responsive. Only reason we did not rate a 5 star is the AC unit is too loud.

This studio apartment was exactly as pictured and the manager answered any questions we had in a reasonable amount of time. We would stay here again.

We had a stressful start to our trip. When my boyfriend arrived there was someone else in the unit. They had it booked for the same time. I couldn't speak with the owner directly because she was in another country. We could only text. Luckily, the last unit in the building wasn't rented so she switched us to that one. It was different than the one we had booked. It was nice and clean.

Beautiful Apartment and modern.

Beautiful upgraded Apartment. Perfect size for my wife and myself for the week while we were in town to watch our daughter make her college debut playing College Softball. We only really encountered one issue. It could have been big, upon arriving I notified the tenants we be a late arrival as a curtsey. The door code provided did not work. So we sent a message to them and waited, and text and no response. We almost went to a hotel for the night. But then we started trying random numbers at the end until one worked. We never heard from the tenants not even the next day. The description stated there is a washer & dryer. Which was important but not necessary there was not one inside the apartment so I sent a message asking if there was one on the property and never heard from them. Which was disappointing. Other than that, everything else was amazing. The apartment was very clean very up-to-date very modern. The neighborhood was very safe very quiet very close to everything. I just wish the communication with the tenants would have been better. I am thankful that we were able to get into the unit. I would have been disappointed to have to spend money on a hotel room. I was disappointed that I had to go to the laundromat as I packed lightly expecting to be able to do laundry, but it was not a huge big deal.

Cozy little getaway

Such a cute little sweet! Limited on space but nothing less than advertised in the listing. There were plenty of amenities to cook dinner. It’s perfect for a 2-people little getaway!

Quick Get Away

My husband and I came for a long weekend to celebrate a dear friend’s 50th birthday. The owner has thought of everything you would need and then some! It was very clean and close to everything.
