Super emplacement pour des vacances en famille! Profitez de l'air de l'océan et des plages de sucre blanc depuis votre balcon spacieux. Cette spacieuse 1 chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale, des lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour des petites vacances en famille ou une escapade romantique. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. The beds were very comfortable and clean.But the couch and loveseat was very dirty looking. The condo could use an update. And the carpet needs to go.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of our stay was being so close to the beach. Even when we weren't on it we often spent much of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. Make sure you hit A.J's Oyster Shanty just up the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The codo at Pelican Isle 107 was cozy, easy to access and had just the right amenities for our use. It has beach decor which I really liked, a pullout sofabed (convenient as the kids were apprehensive about the bunkbed in the hallway). With direct beach access and less crowded than nearby places, we loved our stay here and would return!

Summer vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location of the condo and loved the view! The condo could use some fresh paint, new carpet or I would just tile the living room actually, needs a little updating. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We weren't in the room that much and I always clean and Lysol everywhere we go!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and proximity to the beach was excellent, the only negative was space to unpack was non existant. There were two very small bedside tables in bedroom, no dresser or place to unpack your clothes. Bed in bedroom was very comfortable but you could barely move around because the base for the bed was so large. I would suggest some changes in bedroom furniture. Also closet space was taken up by a very large storage bin in the closet.

Wouldn't stay again

Our stay wasn't the greatest. First night our son tried to sleep in the top bunk and it smelled like urine. My other son crawled in the bottom bunk and it was full of sand. The floor in the living room was covered in unknown brown stuff. The water pressure in the shower could barely get the shampoo out of my hair. We normally travel with a trailer so I called and I was told no trailer but while we were there most nights there was a boat attached to an suv parked in our parking lot and another trailer as well. The elevators took forever and it was not a short walk to the beach. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ft Walton Beach-Pelican Isle Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super location off of Miracle Strip on end of Santa Rosa!!! Expect traffic in Ft Walton Beach. It's a short drive to diners, close to outlet mall, beach rentals and fishing pier. Condo was a couple minutes walk to white sandy beach--and beautiful green ocean on Emerald Coast. Condo has elevator & stairway, heated pool and hot tub. Bed in master bedroom is NOT king bed. Other beds are bunk beds for kids in hallway next to bathroom--strange set up. Master bedroom is next to entry door & outside walkway so you hear talking if early to bed. Beautiful view from 1st floor balcony (ground floor is garage). Quiet condo room location since pool not in front of balcony. If you need a king bed this isn't for you.

Enjoyed the vacay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Very pleased upon arrival, but upon closer inspection we were very disappointed. Decorated beautifully, comfy bed, beautiful view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the dishes and cookware needed to be cleaned before use because of old caked on food, dishwasher racks are covered in rust, bunk bed step broken, drool stains on pillow on bunk bed, hair in tub/shower upon arrival, hazy view from inside because of dirty sliding doors, but the absolute worst was the two roaches…. Even supposedly had pest control come in on the 26th and two evenings in a row we had a roach in the kitchen, no food was out but the roaches were…. Additionally, might want to tell guests that the lamps are controlled by a light switch or label the switches so they can actually turn them on and not sit with the kitchen light on thinking the lamps are all burned out. Regardless, the roaches were the worst, great way to ruin a great vacation day!

Clean cozy with great gulf views and beautiful Sandy beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were super impressed as soon as we entered the unit, immaculately clean. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied and all cooking devices worked great. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as the views are beautiful sun sand beach and the gulf. We had dolphins swim by a few times when the water was calm. Beach was excellent, chairs and umbrellas great touch. The area is a little off the main busy areas which was great as it was not to busy. We have stayed in Panama Beach and the college spring break crowds were too much. Much better in this area mostly families and retirees, super pleased. A big surprise was the added activities through Xplorie I was able to golf 5 times included in our stay ! Just use the supplied Alexa and voila the activities agent calls you and takes care of everything, amazing! We were in unit 107 which is near the entrance to the beach pool shower and washrooms so it was busy with people walking by but we met some really nice people from our balcony. The pool gate slamming is annoying but could rectified easily. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and it exceeded our expectations. We would go back again.

In the living room there were a lot of yellow crumbs found throughout, same with the bedroom. The first night we vacuumed and the filter was full! If we are paying cleaning fees, why is it dirty? Other than that the location was good and the decor was pretty.

Everything was perfect. Condo is great. Location is great. Lots of extras...Streaming on both TV's, Alexa, free admission to many activities like dolphin cruises.
