Ce condo au deuxième étage offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage en Floride. Le plan d'étage spacieux est parfait pour une semaine loin de la maison avec de la place pour chaque membre de la famille. La chambre principale, avec un ensemble de matelas très ferme King Sutherland Alto, dispose d'une salle de bain privée complète, d'une télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. Les lits superposés de couloir personnalisés avec leur propre télévision à écran plat sont parfaits pour les enfants et il y a de la place pour 2 sur le canapé-lit du salon. Une deuxième salle de bain complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse privées en font une unité idéale pour toute famille de 6 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a un balcon privé avec table et chaises pour une vue relaxante dans la brise. Des chaises de plage (1 jeu de 2 chaises et parasol) sont incluses avec chaque jour de votre séjour du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Accès gratuit à Internet sans fil et une vue séduisante sur la côte d'Émeraude. Cette unité bien entretenue au 2e étage est de loin un *** À VOIR *** et propose également des appels interurbains GRATUITS aux États-Unis et au CANADA!

Beautiful Front Beach Views

The view and location were perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 202. There were definitely some housekeeping issues that need to be mentioned. I base my decision on a vacation rental and the cleanliness is most important. I got a cup out of the cabinet and there were literal cigarette ashes in it. There was a black ring of bacteria in the toilet. The colander had dried lettuce all in it. The TV wasn’t able to stream, they did promptly replace the remote and that was fixed. The sink in the kitchen stopped up. When I called to report it on a Sunday they told me the maintenance person “may” be able to come today. I had to use the plunger from the bathroom and got it unstopped. I then had to buy cleaning products to clean the sink and the toilet. There were zero cleaning supplies in the unit. It is very bare bones, so be prepared to bring everything! They supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, for a nine day stay. I wish I knew who actually owned this unit, it definitely has the potential to be a great vacation home.

Communication was great, the room was incredibly clean and they even had games in the room which came in so handy to entertain our kids when we had a very stormy day. Will be back!

This is our second year at Pelican Isle but first year in this condo. Everything is updated and very nice looking compared to some of the other condos. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan on booking this condo again next year. Our only complaint is that some of the dishes (the skillets) were very visibly dirty. It looked like the previous guest cooked with them & then just put them away without washing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 10 day stay at Pelican Isle 202 was FANTASTIC. The unit was clean and had everything you could think of to help make your stay easy and relaxing. The only thing that we would change is that the sofa sagged a lot in the middle. It was a sofa bed so we could understand the usage that it had. It didn't change the relaxing stay that we enjoyed because how can you get stressed with a view like that?! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location.

Great property location, quiet beach compared to other parts of the panhandle we’ve been to. Checkin and checkout process seamless. Beach chair service being include was huge pro. Only concerns were appliances weren’t very clean and couch needs an update.

One Last Summer Fling

From start to finish everything about the trip was fantastic! Beautiful and clean condo. Well stocked. Extra bath is such a bonus. Perfect view of the Gulf.

Amazing Condo in Awesome Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great condo this was. It was perfect for my wife and I on a couple's vacation. The location is awesome near the end of Okaloosa Island, with uncrowded beaches and a private feel. This particular unit was easily accessed from the elevator or the stairs on the corner of the building. Parking was never and issue and we were always able to park close to the building.The unit itself impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. We never had any issues during our stay.The check-in experience was awesome. The lady from Brooks and Shorey actually called us to let us know the unit was ready early and what our code was. That's awesome service. There was also an Alexa in our room that could tell us about things to do in the area and help with our reservation. That was cool!The property was very well taken-care-of, with any mess or issue taken care of very quickly. The hot tub was down for entire stay unfortunately, but I can't pin that on the rental company so it's just a side mention to check to see if it's available, if that's a deal breaker for you. All of this for an extremely reasonable price for a well-maintained and updated condo felt like a slam dunk deal. We will definitely book this again!

Beautiful condo

The pictures don’t do justice. I absolutely loved the condo and all of the decor. It fit two adults and four kids (14,12,7,5) perfectly with no sleeping issues. I would most definitely use this condo again. Some of the perks: -second floor room with a great view of the beach while still being able to see the pool. -close to the stair case that leads right to the parking lot (does also have an elevator but is a longer walk) -the grill area and the deck walk to the beach is right out the stair case as well which made it very easy for us. -room includes board games and blue ray player (you can rent movies in the main foyer which we didn’t even see until check out) -the provide carts for luggage and groceries which is very helpful The disadvantages I came across: -the main bed was very hard and our shoulders and back killed us when we got up. -they say they supply tp but make sure to bring your own along with ANY cleaning supplies. -when I was cleaning for check out I found a lot of trash in areas that hadn’t been cleaned before my stay so it made me question the truly cleanliness of the rest of the condo -we couldn’t get the wifi to work the whole time we were there - the dresser drawers will not stay closed if your life depended on it. It was very aggravating to us. -the door to the condo also needs to be physically pushed closed as it wouldn’t lock in without the extra pressure.
