Waters Edge condo complex is situated on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The emerald green waters are a feast for the eyes and the wide open beach is a beautiful expanse for exploring or relaxing to the sound of the surf.
PLEASE NOTE - This unit does not offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only steps to the pool and beach entrance!

Paradise on the beach

Goal was to soak up as much beach as possible and was a success. The umbrella and chair service was great. Be prepared for traffic congestion going anywhere. It will delay you if not prepared for it.

This condo was clean, quaint and very comfortable for our family of four. Our kids enjoyed the toy basket and playing on the back patio. Being able to walk to the beach and have our own chairs and umbrella right up front was a dream! We would love to stay here again. It was such a treat!

Exceeded Expectations

This was a last minute booking on our part and exceeded our expectations. The Water’s Edge resort is an oceanfront property. The only reason we downgraded our rating from a 5 is due to the units poorer location within the resort with no ocean view. Our communications with the ownership of the property were immediate and very helpful. Unit was very well stocked with everyday needs to make stay very enjoyable.

Great place to stay. We traveled with our 15 month old and the owner allowed us to check in a day earlier. Everything was super clean and easy to get too. Beach service was nice

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. Waters Edge 101 was clean, inviting, beautifully decorated and was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!!

PERFECT Stay

The condo was so cozy, well stocked, and very clean. We were steps from the pool and the beach. First floor location was great as we could avoid elevator/stairs. Melissa texted me throughout the week and answered all questions I had. I’m already planning to book again for next year. Thanks again for the great stay!

Great place really clean has everything you might need, we always bring supplies when we stay places. We didn’t end up needing any of them, only criticism is maybe something to get all the moths outside they go crazy on that patio bit. Great stay safe overall

August Vacation

This was by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the beach and pool. It was amazing that we were able to enter the condo from the outside of the building. No elevators and no stairs.

We loved staying here! It was very easy access to the beach! The first floor and parking were amazing and made loading and unloading so easy! It was super clean! The master bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice/big! Everything was great! We will come back!

Very nice unit!

No ocean view, but no stairs or elevators either! Unit was very easy to move in and out of. Host responded to questions in a very timely manner. Very nice unit and overall we really enjoyed our week! Highly recommend!

Welcome to the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island just 6 miles from Destin!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Waters Edge boasts one of the largest pools on the island! Heated year round, and right on the beach. Recently added to beach access point #4 which is located just to the right of our building is a marine reef 150 yards of the beach, great for snorkeling or scuba!
