Waters Edge condo complex is situated on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The emerald green waters are a feast for the eyes and the wide open beach is a beautiful expanse for exploring or relaxing to the sound of the surf.
PLEASE NOTE - This unit does not offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only steps to the pool and beach entrance!
-NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. We are sorry but due to severe allergies, we are unable to allow animals of any kind into our unit.

Condo was everything we could have hoped for. Beautifully decorated, clean, fully stocked, convenient and safe location, very reasonably priced and convenient parking. As stated there isn't a direct beach view, but its just a matter of steps to the heated pool or beach. The included beach chair service is the cherry on top. Owners immediately responded to messages.

We had an amazing holiday weekend! The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The setup was perfect for our family with the bunk beds and the sofa bed. The unit was equipped with everything we heeded and was furnished very nicely. Our little boy really enjoyed playing with some of the cars and trucks in the toy basket! The pools were huge and so nice! Easy walk to the beach and pool area. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Awesome home, great location!!

Home is great, perfect size for a small family!! Location is awesome, right by the pool and walk to the beach with chair service provided! Host were, communication was on point and responses were quick! We will definitely be staying again!!

Will never be back

Roaches every where, including the room. Little rolly bugs literally cover the floor even after sweeping to the point of we would only wear shoes around , never go bare foot. NASTY! We kept our bags up on shelves for the fear of roaches getting in them. Our porch had broken tile that kept coming off. We frequent Destin and always go to one place , that place was unfortunately booked for this year so we had to go elsewhere is only reason we ended up here and we will never return.

The unit was exactly as described. There is nothing better than a ground floor unit with littles. Tucked around the side with a grassy path was perfect for all of our stuff and toys. We loved sitting out on our patio and letting the kids play. Parking was perfect. Our car was literally 15 steps from the front door. The room had everything we needed and communication with the host was 100/10. Only regret is not booking a longer stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here . Very nice place . Host is very responsive, helpful, and polite. Pool was very large and I loved how the grills are fenced in to keep the little ones safe .

Paradise on the beach

Goal was to soak up as much beach as possible and was a success. The umbrella and chair service was great. Be prepared for traffic congestion going anywhere. It will delay you if not prepared for it.

This condo was clean, quaint and very comfortable for our family of four. Our kids enjoyed the toy basket and playing on the back patio. Being able to walk to the beach and have our own chairs and umbrella right up front was a dream! We would love to stay here again. It was such a treat!

Exceeded Expectations

This was a last minute booking on our part and exceeded our expectations. The Water’s Edge resort is an oceanfront property. The only reason we downgraded our rating from a 5 is due to the units poorer location within the resort with no ocean view. Our communications with the ownership of the property were immediate and very helpful. Unit was very well stocked with everyday needs to make stay very enjoyable.

PERFECT Stay

The condo was so cozy, well stocked, and very clean. We were steps from the pool and the beach. First floor location was great as we could avoid elevator/stairs. Melissa texted me throughout the week and answered all questions I had. I’m already planning to book again for next year. Thanks again for the great stay!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Waters Edge boasts one of the largest pools on the island! Heated year round, and right on the beach. Recently added to beach access point #4 which is located just to the right of our building is a marine reef 150 yards of the beach, great for snorkeling or scuba!
