Une vue pour mourir! Ce complexe mignon et calme vous détendra en un rien de temps! Situé au 2e étage, ce condo offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade! Unité très recherchée en raison de sa vue et de sa proximité avec la plage! Vous ne voulez pas manquer cette trouvaille rare! Récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux meubles! Vous êtes littéralement à quelques pas de la plage - il n'y a rien de plus proche. Avec seulement 9 unités dans ce bâtiment - c'est tellement calme et pittoresque! Vraiment un favori parmi tant d'autres!

Absolute perfection!!!

This condo was the very best for my husband and I in location, cleanliness, charm, accessibility to the beach, and that view off the balcony…..spectacular!!!Making memories on the Emerald Coast - we will be back !!!!

Awesome View!

Great view and comfortable, quiet condo. Couldn’t ask for better location; condo with convenience of walking onto the beach, but not too far from the action. Well equipped kitchen and fresh linens /towels. Nice that chairs and umbrella was set up for our use daily.

Property was extremely clean. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful view from balcony!Our issue with the check in process was no communication from the hostess (we got help from the VRBO support team to get her to contact us).

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and cozy for our winter beach trip. It was so nice to be able to bring our pups too!

Clean. Great coordination with owner. Easy access. Easy checkout. Right on the beach. This is a pet friendly rental which which was nice. I would suggest that renters be informed prior to making arrangements that no pet are permitted on the beach. We did find dog friendly parks; just not on the beach. Minor suggestion to the owner, place hooks in the hallway for hanging coats. Would recommend this rental to others.

Chill Time Away

The building is well maintained and well lit. The location and condo/amenities were as described; everything was clean and accommodating. The unit had a great view from the balcony, and access to sand and water is steps away. Good communication with the owner. I will be back!!!

Just amazing

Kim is just great- The condo was super clean, had everthing we could have possibly needed, and the beach is literally right there! The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants nearby, too- We had an awesome time and definitely plan to come back to Kim's place!

This is a cozy little condo right on the beach near anything you need. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to Hurricane Helene. We would love to come back!

Perfect Beach Rental

We just got back from our beach vacation. This was perfect if you are looking for easy beach access and a great view. Our section of the beach wasn’t crowded and access is literally next to the building. We could go up to our condo to refill drinks it was that close. We spent every night on the balcony enjoy the sights and sounds. Close to eating…recommend The Shack. We would book again.

Great Getaway!

I love this little place! It is so cutely decorated, clean and comfy. The beach view and access were great. I do have a couple of complaints. The listing indicated there was an elevator which is huge for my mobility impacted mother. Well, something told me to confirm this before I got there and nope...no elevator. I notified Kim and she was not aware it was listed with an elevator and changed that info. Also, while the place is super cute, the cloth chairs in the living area felt a little weird/slick as though they were dirty(but didn't actually look dirty). Btw, communication with Kim was great. Keyless access made checkin a breeze. Loved the bedroom and bathroom. My biggest complaint of all...I should've booked for more days! Definitely a 10/10 stay.

This is the second time staying here. We love it because it is toward the end of the beach so it is not so busy. Wonderful view. We had a really relaxing time. Recommend it! Thanks!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our time and would recommend this condo to couples who need a get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the view from our balcony and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Kim was quick to respond during check in and she is a great host!

Great Location!!

Me, my husband and son had a great stay. The second floor view is wonderful. The neighborhood area is quiet. The beach was not crowded, we liked the chair and umbrella service. We had everything we needed in the condo. We would stay here again.

Great quiet spot with a gorgeous view

We loved the location, the ease of check in and the view from our balcony. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed for and excellent stay. We would definitely return. The only issue we had was the tv's. We couldn't get the bedroom one to work at all and the living room was spotty. It didn't really matter to us and we did not report it.

Cute condo in a great location!

As good as it gets is the perfect description for this condo. The views from the balcony are just stunning. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of four. You can't get any closer to the beach, it is literally just down the stairs and around the building. We had an amazing vacation. We hope to stay at this condo again in the future.

I chose this condo because it is not located next to the crowds. I was looking for a more peaceful and tranquil place to enjoy myself. It's not a high rise and has direct access to the beach that literally is steps away from that prestine white sand and the beautiful water!
