Besoin d'un endroit pour sortir? Seul niveau accueil dans un quartier calme, tout récemment rénové et entièrement meublé. Joli patio couvert et extérieur de la zone de pont, avec piscine chauffée. Trois chambres avec 2 salles de bain complètes, une dans la chambre principale. Occupation maximale 6 adultes. Tous région de Phoenix est facilement accessible, à proximité de I-17 et les autoroutes 101. ATTENTION: les amateurs de baseball, tous les stades sont facilement à portée de main avec le Padres, Mariners, et de bière endroits très proche. Cardinal Stadium (Université de Phoenix) est proche aussi. Randonnée pédestre, golf, musées offrent une variété d'expériences. Le dépôt est de 800 $. 00. Fort occupé jusqu'à l'inspection finale à déménager. Dépôt est remboursable avec préavis de deux semaines du 1er mai au 1 Novembre, non remboursable Novembre à Avril. . Comprend la literie, draps, serviettes, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue à gaz. Stationnement hors rue dans l'allée, aucune utilisation de garage (de stockage de propriétaires). Beware

I was scheduled to check in on the 1st, but got sick, so my plans were delayed and I didn’t check in until the 3rd. The owners insisted we meet in person upon check in. When I arrived, Sandy (the owner) was in the house CLEANING. The kitchen was a mess- she had cabinets emptied onto the countertop, wiping, and cleaning appliances, such as a blender, pots and pans and other items. There were bags of household items on the living room floor. I was 2 days late for check in, WHY wasn’t the house ready??She, her husband and a man named Luis were in the house a total of 3 hours. I was very uncomfortable and I left the property after only being there 4 hours. Filed a complaint with VRBO and I've yet to receive a refund. I now have to hire an attorney. STAY AWAY!

Glendale private home with pool

The property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The Owners were quick to address any questions or concerns that we had and were so easy to get along with. We loved our time there.

Great owners

House was very clean. The kitchen is so well stocked and had so many gadgets we couldn't figure out what they all did. Gary, Sandy and Luis were very responsive to anything that arose. We stayed for 3 months and are returning next year.

Great stay

Gary and Sandy were excellent hosts. We enjoyed a month - long stay in their VRBO home. They were responsive to our needs with a positive attitude, even providing a brand new tv and refrigerator while we were there. The beds were extremely comfortable. We recommend this property to others.

Not great

If you are looking for a place to just sleep then this will do the job. Other than that it’s not great. Appliances are very old, tv is not great, pool is not heated, 25+ minutes to anything fun.

Beautiful property. Comfortable living space. Well appointed kitchen. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved watching the plants come to life. The flowers were amazing.

Great house with Everything you Need

Gary and Sandy have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated and the landscaping around the pool creates a very private oasis. The home is equipped with high quality everything from the pots and pans to the sheets and towels. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is very convenient to the major roads that will get you to all the areas in and around Phoenix. It was nice to know that your hosts are nearby in case you need them and still very respectful of your privacy. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Phoenix at any time of the year.

Great location, clean and safe.

Plenty of space with everything we needed from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. Nice back patio and pool setting. Located near the 17 freeway. The owners are caring and helpful. We have rented 4 years in a row. The neighborhood is quiet with groceries and restaurants nearby. Will be back next year.

Location, location, location!

From the minute we pulled up to the house and saw the potted garden flowers throughout the well-maintained property to the fresh doughnuts and 2 bottles of wine waiting on the counter we were hooked. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable and tastefully decorated. This beautiful home was stocked with top of the line everything! From appliances, cookware, linens and tons of cozy blankets, books, movies and much more! The owners were very accomodating! The location was easily accessible to everything. We can't wait to return to this house!

Lovely house in a great neighborhood

We stayed at this property for the month of November. It exceeded our expectations. It is located in a safe and quiet community, is clean, accommodating, spacious but cozy, has a well equipped kitchen, is tastefully decorated and is very comfortable. The backyard and pool area are very nice as well. There were even two bottles of wine to welcome us when we arrived. It was good to feel like we were living in a community rather than being secluded in a resort. We definitely appreciated the owner's recommendations for restaurants, things to see and do, and places to go, in and around Phoenix. There is good shopping in the area, both for gifts and groceries. The internet connection is good. There are many terrific tourist sites not only in the Phoenix area, but also short day trips away from the house.

Snowbird heaven!

There's no better place to escape a Canadian winter! Gary & Sandy's property is not just a vacation rental; it's a home away from home with a backyard to die for it's so beautifully landscaped. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 2 month stay.

Well worth the stay!

If you are interested in staying in Phoenix to explore museums, the outdoors, or the art scene, this is a place you should look into. It is as described: in a quiet neighborhood, shopping close by and close to the freeway, so lots is within reach. The house is large, comfortable, and very welcoming. We came over the holidays and were welcomed with a nice basket of fruit and 2 bottles of wine. So thoughtful. On top, the house was decorated for Christmas in every room! So much love went into that. All in our party (my parents from Germany, my husband and I, and our two teenage daughters) loved the place. We'd highly recommend it! Thank you, Gary, for making our vacation special!

vacation rental

this home is located in a nice safe neighborhood. it was decorated very nice and contained top of the line appliances. they did not miss anything when providing anything you could possibly need in the kitchen (everything was high quality) our concern was having the owners live next door. as it turned out they are very nice people who didnt bother but when we needed help (with our car) they couldnt have been kinder our deposit was returned in a timely manner. lovely home

Living in AZ as seasonal residents since 2002, we have a love of all the area offers to visitors. We are active volunteers in the community. One cannot help but love the 300 plus days of sunshine a year, especially during the winter when much of the rest of the country endures snow and cold. Hosting has given us the chance to make new friends and learn from our guests.

It is large, well maintained, with close access I-17 and the 101 freeways, which makes it easy to get to any part of the valley. Every level of shopping is close at hand as well as any services needed. Great access to spring training locations and Cardinal Stadium in Glendale.
