The heart of the home, the sun-filled living room presents a stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and large TV. Steps away, the home's gourmet kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island/breakfast bar. When it's time to eat, dine together at the formal dining table or alfresco by the pool.

The bedrooms are equally inviting, with soft color palettes, nautical decorations, and high-quality linens. To ensure you get the rest you need each evening, utilize the home's central air-conditioning. When you want to indulge in some you-time, sink into the warmth of the jetted tub off the primary bedroom. A separate washer/dryer rounds out the home's stellar interior perks.

Outside, the enclosed, heated pool and pool spa present a lovely space to play and laugh as a family. Pull up a lounger and flip through your vacation rea when you aren't splashing in the water. As evening falls on another day in paradise, fire up the provided gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue while watching the sunset. Minutes from your stay, enjoy exploring Port Charlotte Beach Park, Bayshore Live Oak Park, and the Heron Creek Golf & Country Club.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: The dock is 40 feet long and the depth of the water at the dock is between 4-5 feet. Equipment to tie the boats up will be provided by the owner, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we do not guarantee a safe docking of any water craft.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
