BEST LOCATION AROUND

Don't hesitate booking this VRBO. The cleanliness of this home was amazing. The location was PERFECT. A/C was very cold, beds were very comfortable. My wife LOVED the outside shower. Parking was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a wonderful time - the location can’t be beat!

The house had everything we required and made it so easy to just relax. Would love to see some kind of curtain on the large windows in family room so you had the option of closing at night so people walking the wall can’t see right in.

Everything I expected and more

From the beginning to end. Everything was great. Check in and out were simple. The house matched all the pictures. Place was clean. Plenty of space and really comfortable. Two refrigerators was awesome so we had one for food and separate one for all the drinks. I will definitely stay again. Very Satisfied

Great Beachfront Brant Rock Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach instantly became the kids' playground for the week; swimming, walking, exploring, and playing for hours on the beach every day. Very comfortable beach house with ample room and outdoor lounging and gathering space suited for all 10 of us. Amazing serene sunrises and views of the full moon!

Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house in September and could’ve have asked for a better stay. It is, quite literally, right on the beach! The house has a great deck ocean side that is great for dining al fresco. The beach itself is perfect- soft, flat and pretty private. The house layout was perfect for entertaining and hosting some of our family and friends. Can sleep at least 10! We found it had everything we needed plus some… I really cannot say enough great things about this property. Plus, it is only about 10 minutes from Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke which always has great live music!

1st time joint family vacation

Loved the open floor plan and bedroom with queen & double bed bunks. King size bedroom didn't have A/C (keep that in mind for occupants). Bring plastic silverware or other if large group, as well as own fry pan. Great kitchen setup. Deck is awesome. Was perfect for us.

Stay at the beach

The location of this house is amazing, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and watching the sunset and sunrise from the patio right outside the house. The house is spacious, although only has one bathroom. It was an expensive stay, but it really was a lovely location and acceptable house.

Breathtaking views

This house is amazing. The pictures accurately reflect everything. I love that it is right on the water and that the beach access steps are only a few steps away. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset and hearing the waves all day. The inside is so spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 6 adults and never felt crowded. We did have some family visit during the day and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The bathroom towels were plush, better than some hotels we have stayed at. The washer/dryer were a big plus and they even had laundry detergent. When I say they thought of everything, they really did. We had the most amazing time and hope to visit again in the coming years. Thank you so much!

Ocean Bluff Beach House

Bruno went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Got the fireplace going for us when it was windy and chilly one night. The house is right on the water and very comfortable and great views., just a short staircase down to the beach with hand railings. They take such good care of the beach we saw the town sweeping off the stairs one morning. One night we didn't have the greatest weather and we watched movies and made snacks. His couch and living are so comfortable with a big screen TV. Bruno has all the kitchen and bath supplies you could possibly need. We washed and folded the towels we used., and cleaned the dishes in the dishwasher, there were plenty of clean linens and towels. Going to sleep with the sound of the ocean was so soothing! Any questions we had he was right there to help, highly recommend this location! Just beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful relaxing time

This location is fantastic, beautiful sandy and pebbly beach. We had a great time finding treasures and building sand castles. The owner was fantastic and flexible. We hope to be back soon.

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and equipped with just about everything you might need. The beach is just steps away and the ocean views are amazing, even on cloudy or rainy days. Note: there is a step down to the bathroom and there are two steps down into one of the bedrooms. Everything else is on one level. It was perfect for us.

Right on the Beach

Perfect location. Walk out the slider and down the steps to the beach. The house had all the amenities you need for a week on the beach. My family 6 plus a guest or 2 each night slept comfortably. Plenty of parking for a few daytime visitors as well. Bruno was a great host. Thank you

My wife and family Really enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch. Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean is priceless. The side yard Was perfect for corn hole and fire’s. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this Marshfield property. Excellent location, right on beach with very easy access. Plenty of parking available also including a great outdoor space for kids to play. Wonderful deck to enjoy barbecue and relaxing after a fun day at the beach. We had an amazing time and Bruno was always available if needed. Highly recommend for a fun family beach getaway!

I have lived in the area for thirty years. Marshfield, specifically Fieldston and Brant Rock, is a great community, with an abundance of attractions. I am a full-time resident in the Fieldston area. The summer season is busy as renters come and go to enjoy the views and lifestyle offered by this property. The off-season, is just as gorgeous.

Amazing sunrises. Spectacular low tides with tidal pools for the children. Incredible surf. Makes for an unforgettable experience.
This property is perfect for those wishing to go on a family vacation, a trip to get together with friends, or a romantic getaway. Whatever the occasion this house can cater to it.
The one-level home has been newly renovated with an open floor-plan. Plenty of space to entertain whether it be in the spacious living room, open kitchen, large deck, immense yard, or even the beach!

Fieldston Beach offers a fun family packed day in its on and off season as well as relaxing adult getaway. There's nothing like waking up to the sound of waves crashing and the view of a sunrise upon the beach. Grab a cup of coffee and sit out on the large deck overlooking the beach or take steps to walk along the waterline. The beach is easily accessible Stairs to the beach are only steps from the deck making bringing beach accessories and water toys effortless. The property has ample space and parking for entertaining. Living directly on the beach, even for just a week, is a great experience to share with family and friends, or keep it for yourself to remember forever. Use this rental a relaxing vacation I myself have turned into a lifestyle.

So relaxed you don't feel like cooking? For breakfast pick something up at the 'Coffee Shack' or go out to 'The Jetty' or 'The Brant Rock Hop.' Looking for a great casual lunch or dinner 'Haddad's Ocean Cafe,' 'The Venus II Restaurant and Sports Bar,' and 'The Jetty' have an abundance of offerings. For a more formal dining experience try the 'The Fieldston' or 'Mama Mia's.' Need to grab some groceries? The Brant Rock Market carries all your essential needs. Coin Laundry is available at the Brant Rock Laundromat. All of which are a short car-ride, bike-ride, or even walk away. A 24-hour CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, and Rite Aid is also located just a five minute drive away in the Marshfield Center.
