Located in a quiet neighborhood but still only 16 miles from the beach, this Palm Bay home is the perfect place to call your own on your next Florida vacation! When you're not at the beach, head 18 miles to Sebastian Inlet State Park, roughly an hour to the Kennedy Space Center, and about 80 miles to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

Back at your charming brick abode, find yourself cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing in the spacious living room equipped with one of the home's three smart TVs.

The bedrooms are comfortable and well-decorated, so rest assured that each family member will be content with their space. When you want to relax and unwind, soak in the jetted tub.

Security camera details: Doorbell camera, camera facing driveway, one on side pointed at side door and electrical, Back, looks out over the yard. Garage cameras are inside, but this area is off limits to guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
