Sun-soaked and happy, head inside the refined interior of your stay, where you will discover a light-filled living room adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and easy outdoor access. From here, effortlessly walk into the well-equipped kitchen where a center island, gleaming granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances await your cooking pleasure.

The primary bedroom has outdoor access, a small dining area, and an additional bathroom. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a home security system wrap up the stellar interior amenities!

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are six outdoor cameras overlooking the property: (1)The backyard–focused on the fence line looking out from the back of the house, (1)The pool– More focused on the fence beyond the pool, not turned on during guest stays, (1)The ground patio, Looks down at the door for security to see who it is. Not turned on during guest stays (1)The upper back patio- Looks down at the door for security, Not on during guest stays, (1)The front door–Ring doorbell, (1)On the front of the garage, looks out over the driveway and front yard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
