Comfortable seating on screened and open porches provide the perfect spot for relaxation and al fresco dining.

INTERIOR TOUR
Exterior stairs lead to the Gulf-facing front deck and covered screened porch of this property. Inside, the open and airy living/dining/kitchen area awaits. The living area features lots of natural light and sea views, comfortable seating, and flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at the dining table and at the kitchen bar counter that looks into the well-stocked kitchen that offers amble counter space, stainless appliances, and everything needed to prepare beachside feasts!

Sleeping accommodations at Beach Break feature the king master bedroom with Gulf views, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination. The second king bedroom with flat screen TV and then another comfortable queen bedroom with flat screen TV share the full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. A full clothes washer and dryer are available for guest convenience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a great location but needs a good deep cleaning. We had to wash our comforter. The curtains had dirty spots on them. And we had to use a broken couch all week,Just to name a few. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bum golf cart rental and they were excellent! Overall we had a good first time stay on SGI but will not stay at this house again.

New years Stay

House is in a great location, just steps from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Parts of the home have been updated, more updates are needed but nothing to impact a stay. Great house overall.

Great Location and Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything we needed was there. The owner had a lot of items furnished with the rental that was OK to use. I wish we'd known beforehand that there were no life jackets to use with the owner-provided kayaks, we would've brought some from home. But there was plenty to do otherwise. GCVP was very reliable if I had questions, available almost immediately by text message.

Relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything needed for a vacation rental was provided. Beach access just steps away. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Unit was clean and most things have been updated. However, some updates like towel bars, plug ins, etc were not installed very well but not a big deal. A ceiling fan on screen porch would be nice but a portable fan was provided. Rental company was great to rent from. All communication was professional and timely, would definitely use them again. The beach gear credit was also a great perk, we highly recommend renting the beach cart. It made hauling beach gear to the beach a breeze. Start up packs of soap, shampoo, conditioner etc that were provided were very thoughtful.

The home is very beautiful and I loved the free cups and SPF chapstick. So welcoming. The walk was short to the beach and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay. We were able to ride bikes to the restaurants and our dog enjoyed the beach every day.

Spring Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Prefect location with Beach Access directly across the road, with no parking area, so we were the only ones using it.😁A fair view to the gulf. Enjoyed both the screened in porch and the 2 open decks. The only minus would be the laundry room was down under house, which was not a deal breaker.Minor issue with door lock codes, but rental agent promptly solved the issue.Will most definitely stay again..

The kitchen is well stocked and it was immaculate! Check in was smooth as usual with Gulf Coast Vacation Properties rentals. The house is directly across from beach access so it was just steps away from the beautiful beaches of SGI! We loved the comfy patio set under the home and fire pit also for evening fun! Will definitely book again. Gulf Coast Vacation Properties of SGI is the best!!

A fun trip despite a rocky start!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite booking a nicer house that we confirmed takes pets, we were told a day later that the "owner" changed her mind after booking and we were relegated to a different house called "Beach Break". With that came rebooking the house, the golf cart, the beach supplies, etc. It was a pain in the butt before the trip even started, but GCVP of SGI (Johanna) did everything to make this as pain free as possible. Very responsive, very accommodating considering. The rest of the trip was fine - we really liked the location of Beach Break - right across the street from the beach and a convenient golf cart ride to the center of the island for food, ice cream, supplies, etc. The house had blazing fast internet, new appliances, and comfortable beds. The house itself is in need of upgrades - the floors are worn, the cabinets are old, and the fixtures and hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of replacement. Nevertheless, we had a comfortable stay - but the house does need some work. I would recommend this house for a budget vacation, but not if you are looking for a more modern/updated property.
