Belle face au golfe 2BR / 2BA condominium sur 30A Scenic. Niché entre Rosemary Beach, Aly ce, Seagrove, Mer et juste en face du Camp Creek Golf Course.

Sandcliffs copropriété 5ème étage, récemment rénové. golfe et la piscine à couper le souffle de MBR, séjour / salle à manger et un balcon privé. White Beach et les eaux émeraude de sable tranquille du Golfe à quelques pas de la grande piscine golfe avant.

Lumineux, condo Beachy. Lits de grande taille dans le MBR face au golfe. lit complet et total sur couchettes complets en 2ème BR. 2 canapés-lits dans le salon. cuisine avec lave-linge et sèche-linge entièrement équipée. HD T. V dans le salon ainsi qu'une télévision séparée en 2ème BR. Internet sans fil est fourni.

Excellent emplacement sur 30A pittoresque. Marcher ou faire du vélo le long de la piste cyclable de 17 mile en dehors de votre porte d'entrée. des courts de tennis sur place. Restaurants et magasins sont à proximité.

The Condo was perfect and the view was amazing! we still daydream of sitting on that deck over looking a beautiful pool and the gorgeous ocean! We stayed a week, everything was close enough for a 20 minute drive or so. We had great food and everyone was nice that we met at the condo and town. The day we were departing the power went out and elevators were out while we were packing up! It was horrible carrying all our luggage down 6 flights of stairs atleast 5 times, up and down. Soon we we were ready to pull out the power came back on! That was the only bad thing, bad timing. Overall we loved the place. We have recommended this place to several friends and family for their next vacation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little condo in a great location- needs a little updating and a good cleaning.

We loved this property. This condo is in a great location and had everything we need. The pool is centrally located and even staying on the 5th floor, the walk to the beach was not bad at all. It was quiet and not crowded at all. No need for us to "rush down and get a spot" on the beach. We slept in and enjoyed breakfast and then made our way to the beach late mornings or around lunch time. The unit itself was fine- functional. The washer/dryer held much more than expected so it made doing laundry for 2 families a breeze. The unit could stand some updates and things seem to be on the verge of breaking (every time we opened patio doors, one of the blinds would break/fall, toilets had a lot of trouble flushing, and electricity would surge anytime someone used a hair dryer for more than a minute) We didn't mind these, as we knew it was an older condo and there are always little glitches anywhere you stay. However, we were disappointed with the overall state of cleanliness of the unit. Our bed sheets seemed to have sand in them before we ever got in the bed. Floors with sand/grit on them. The thing that bothered me most was the shower curtain was covered in mold all along the bottom and sides from staying wet. This led to additional mold/mildew along the edges/bottom of shower. That to me is unacceptable, especially when there is a cleaning crew coming in/out of this place every time a family leaves. They HAVE to have seen that and it should be replaced with a new curtain -preferably one that's waterproof. Not sure if they just turn a blind eye and go about their business, not sure if the owner even knows but this was the only reason I would give 4 stars. Had it been cleaned adequately I would definitely give 5 star review. We would definitely come back regardless.

Came back for a second visit and had a great time!

We love condo 509 and Seacrest Beach! We spent our second spring break there and plan to go back as soon as we are able! There is so much to do and Sandcliffs is in a terrific location. A few steps and you are at the pool or on the beach. A great place to stay and the kids love it too!

Wonderful! We will be back!

We spent spring break here and had an absolutely fabulous time! This condo is even prettier and more spacious in person than the pictures show, and the location cannot be beat. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the balcony watching the waves, played frisbee and bocce ball in the big yard, and of course spent many hours on the beach, which was not at all crowded! The pool is fantastic as well. By the photos, I was concerned that the pool would not have any shade throughout the day, but that is not at all the case with the palm trees, umbrellas, and even the shadow of the building itself later in the day. The shopping areas of Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches are about a mile or two down the road, and definitely an easy bike ride away. We found that we had more to do here than in Laguna where we stayed the year before. You have easy access to any of the neighboring 30A beaches/towns that you may want to visit, but staying in Seacrest, you are removed from the more hectic, crowded places like Seaside. We felt it was the best of both worlds. The condo has everything you could need, and we’d love to stay here again next time. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home!

Great condo in a great area!

Condo #509 is great! The owners have just about everything you will need. Just bring beach towels, laundry soap & your clothes. You're all set for a great week! The condo has lots of books, games & dvd's. There are lots of sitting areas in living room, big dining area & huge kitchen. The condo has a washer and dryer. The only suggestion for the owners is to clear out some of the kitchen cabinets. There's nowhere to store groceries because of the dozens of plates, cups, etc. Great thing about Sandcliffs Condos is that you are a bit secluded. The beaches around here get crowded, but this one is nice and calm.

Beautiful Place

My family has stayed at this beautiful place numerous times and its our favorite. Very family oriented and very quiet and cozy compared to super crowed beaches in PC or Destin. The decor is beautiful and condo is very clean and fully equipped with all your needs! But the best part is pool and beach just a few steps away.
