Perfect condo for a couple, wonderful balcony and perfect location to explore Rosemary and Alys beach each day! Enjoyed Fontell Press, Georges at alys beach, Old Flordia Fish house, pizza by the sea, daily ice cream at beach cow creamery, Saturday and Sunday markets at Rosemary and Seacrest beach, nightly live music! Ray and Tina were awesome host with great communication!

Great little place for both price and convenience. We really enjoyed our stay on the Gulf Coast - there is really nothing else like it. About the property... THE GOOD - THE LOCATION: The location is great with easy access to the villages along the coast (especially since bikes are included); BIKES - I would have rented bikes for approx. 20/day so the fact that they were included in the room is a real PLUS. Also, these bikes (unlike other rentals) had baskets on the front to carry water, cell phones, purchases, etc (no backpack needed); THE POOL: The pool area was well maintained and clean - the HOT TUB was HOT! THE NOT SO GOOD - 1) Ice Maker didn't work (but, that's okay because the host brought us a bag of ice); 2) The WIFI didn't work (well, it worked occasionally but was not reliable - not to fret, cell service was good in this location); 3) The bikes did not to appear to have been serviced (or checked) before arrival - 65 PSI tires only had about 15 PSI (I'd suggest that the host have the bike provider check these regularly) - since I had a tire inflator in my car I was able to get the tires to their proper level.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, room size was perfect for our long weekend, they provided great amenities. Having the bikes were amazing, we used them so much! Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town :). Normally when you get home from traveling you are excited about your own bed but when we got home we were missing this comfy bed!

Great time in Rosemary Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. It’s close to everything. Having two bikes available to us was a huge benefit. Short walk to the beach and short walks to delicious restaurants. Bathroom and shower were a nice big size. We will definitely stay again.

Great weekend away!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was so perfect, easily walkable between towns and easily could access the beach. Parking and check in/out was so smooth. The VRBO was exactly as pictured and was so well cared for, very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The huge balcony was a plus and had prime views of the fireworks along the beach (stayed for the 4th of July). We would absolutely love to come back and stay here.

Wonderful room with a wrap-around corner balcony. Host left amazing treats to welcome us! The location is perfectly situated to where you can walk out and go left down to beach access and to Rosemary Beach’s shops, or right to Alys Beach’s restaurants or the nature trail. We loved riding the bikes as well! Communication with host was fabulous! We absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect spot!

The location was wonderful being right in between the 2 adorable towns of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach; the bikes were such a bonus! Ray was awesome, super quick with communication and very helpful - would stay here again!

The location was EVERYTHING! Being able to ride bikes to some of my favorite restaurants made this spot perfect! Loved all the finishing touches of wine, cheese, and cookies left out for us as well
