Every detail in this spacious, newly renovated home has been meticulously curated to create the perfect environment for game nights, BBQs, morning coffee, movie marathons, and more.

6 minutes from Downtown Square and its coffee shops, farmers markets, bars, restaurants, and more. This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath house is the perfect set up for groups of friends and families to unwind and enjoy each other's company.

The rocking chairs on the front porch beckon you to soak up the morning sun as you sip your cup of coffee.

A cozy living room with a 65" TV is perfectly staged for movie nights (or marathons) and great conversations.

The large dining table is perfect for home-cooked meals and games!

Speaking of home-cooked meals, some of the best memories are often made around food, no? With that in mind, we made sure that the kitchen has been outfitted with all new appliances and is fully stocked. So channel your inner chef! Grab some drinks and crowd around the island and enjoy great food and great company!

Are you traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! A pack-n-play, highchair, dishes, eating utensils, and even outlet covers are provided!

Each of the 3, beautifully designed bedrooms offers a cloud-like King mattress that may make you want to ditch the one you have at home... don't say I didn't warn you. We've also included blackout curtains so you can get the deep rest you deserve.

The hall bathroom has a deep bathtub and shower combo and the master bathroom has a standing shower with a bench seat.

A spacious laundry room is located between the kitchen and the back deck.

A grill, more rocking chairs, and an outdoor eating space make the large, private backyard the perfect environment for summer BBQs, games, drinks, and hangs.

Early check-in is available for an additional $25 fee.

From booking to check-in, we had excellent communication. The home was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. Very spacious and excellent outdoor space as well. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Easy checkin and accessible host

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely home. We had a couple of questions upon arrival that were answered quickly and easily by our host. The home was beautifully remodeled and styled. The master shower was the best!!!Highly recommend for a relaxing time in a comfortable space.

My father in law was having surgery, so we rented the house as a place to be able to regroup. House was adorable and very clean.

Perfect nest

Perfect little nest in the heart of Tyler! Easy to get to everything we wanted to see and needed to do while we were in town for the weekend. Happy to report there was a complementary bag of local coffee ;) and the check out process was super easy.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here during our house reno and we couldnt be more pleased! The house was clean and welcoming. The decor and fixtures were inspirational. Host was great at communication and went out of her way to help his last minute. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We had several events and shopping planned and it was perfect for getting anywhere in town quickly. Super clean, kitchen well stocked, and great space! It made my daughters graduation celebration perfect!

Home away from home.

The house was perfect. Very clean. Whoever designed the house is a genius. 3 bedrooms with king size beds is great. We plan on staying again for our daughter’s Sorority parent weekend.

Beautifuly remodeled home near restaurants

We came a sky daughter was in a horse show at the Tyler rose horse park. It was just a little over 20 minutes away and close to many restaurants. House has been beautifully renovated. Very clean and had all we needed for the stay. Beds were very comfy also. Will definitely stay here again when in area.

Could I live here please?

What a lovely home. I felt like I was staying in a house remodeled and furnished by the Property Brothers.The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, a scrubber wand, hand soap, dishwasher pod, salt and pepper, all the adult and kids dishes and cookware you could need, and paper towels. The refrigerator had filtered water and an ice maker. The coffee maker used regular ground coffee and has a reusable metal filter so you won’t need any paper filters. There are not any window coverings in the kitchen, which I would have liked for more privacy.The bathrooms had lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was plenty of toilet paper, towels, and wash cloths. The sink’s had hand soap and hair dryers in each bathroom.The bedrooms had the most amazingly comfortable beds. There were darkening drapes in each room with a sheer set behind them for when you wanted to let lots of light in during the day. Each room also had a laundry hamper in the closet.The laundry room had washer pods, dryer sheets and an iron with ironing board. The living room was comfortable with a smart TV. There were cards, games, magazines and books available. My 75 year old mom complained the couch was too low but there were also 2 chairs which she found comfortable.I recommend using the back entrance during your stay. The front entry is steep, but the back of the house has a level entryway with a large deck, dining table and propane gas grill.There was a large park just a few blocks away.

Darling House in Convenient Area

I want to start off by saying this is a super cute and super clean property that we really enjoyed and I would recommend to all. There are a few things that keep me from leaving a 5 star review. First off, the listing says there is a hot tub on the property and there is not. I confirmed this before booking and it was not a deal breaker, but when I last checked it still stated this on the booking page. Second, the check in directions said we would receive a code an hour prior to the 4 p.m check in. I had to send a message at 4:40 because i still hadn't received it. The owner responded promptly and we were on our way. Not a huge deal for us as we weren't trying to check in right at 4, but something to consider. We did have trouble the entire stay with the back door handle not wanting to open, although the front worked fine. Maybe a low battery in the lock? Lastly, there is no coffee at the site, so this was a surprise. The host kindly left ice cream and frozen pizzas, which was a lovely surprise, but renters should be aware they will need to supply their own coffee (brew only) as there is not a Keurig. All in all, the property was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would totally recommend with a few caveats that kept me from 5 stars.
