Welcome to NEW BUILD 209B W. Retama!
This stunning private townhome features 4 spacious bedrooms,4.5 bathrooms. Guests will love catching sun by the large private sparkling pool! This new built townhome is great for family and friends to kick back, relax, and enjoy the island sun!

The nicely decorated living room features a flat screen tv, and offers ample seating space for friends and family to relax and enjoy each others company.

Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gourmet kitchen featuring a large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a perfect spot to enjoy family meals and the large dining table will be more than enough space to host a family feast!

The master bedroom is massive and consists of a king size bed and large master bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk in tile shower and a bath tub. All guest bedrooms offer guests comfortable sleeping accommodations. The second guest bedroom is nicely decorated and entails 1 King and 1 Queen bed. The third guest bedroom offers 2 full size bunk beds (4 beds total). The fourth guest bedroom features a King size bed. This home accommodates 16 people maximum.

South Padre Island offers so many activities for visitors year round, and this home is the perfect place to stay while on your island vacation. The island's main attraction of course is the beautiful white sandy beach! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from your front door. 4th July Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of the backyard. The townhouse was so cute and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect family vacation!

The rental was in such a convenient location to beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Our group of 15 had enough space to spend time together in common areas. It was comfortable and clean. SPI Rentals makes it easy to check in and out.

Had an excellent stay, the location was beautiful and spacious. Everybody had their room and their own restrooms. We had some small issues that were immediately address by the staff of SPI rentals extremely satisfied and will definitely rent there again.

Beautiful and spacious

This house was super spacious, very modern, clean. I loved that it perfectly accommodated my whole family and extra guests. Some minor issues happened but the SPI rentals team was super responsive and corrected these right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was nice lots of space for a big family, quiet area! But the pool was NOT heated as stated on property. Location of house is not by the beach side it’s on the bay side, which I was also confused about because it says “walk to beach” and yes you can walk but it’s a long walk across the main road, padre blvd.

First time to SPI

The house was perfect, loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Definitely would rent again. Management company was very attentive with great response.

Great House For A Group

4 bedrooms with beds galore for everyone. A great unit for a big family gathering. Strong A/C. Comfy beds with all the right amenities. Private bathrooms for every bedroom. The private plunge pool was a big winner for us!

Excellent new home

Very comfortable home with private pool. We were family of 14 everyone slept comfortably. Living area with large kitchen with stainless appliances, blender for margaritas, toaster, countertops high bar allowing 14 to eat together. The beds are very comfortable with blackout curtains in bedrooms. Large walk-in shower in the two master bathrooms. The bunk room has 4 beds the kids played video games on the large flatscreen TV and had their own bath. We will be back to stay here again next summer. The pool was perfect for all of us.

Beautiful spacious home! My one concern was that we were not told the pool had just been service , apparently chemicals had just be added and my grandson went in the pool and came out screening that his body was burning and itching. Pool chemicals are harsh and should have been told chemicals were added.
