Welcome to a piece of paradise on sunny South Padre Island! Our beach home has been completely remodeled, featuring fresh paint, new flooring, upgraded bathrooms, new window treatments, new furniture, and redecoration. The first level features a game room area, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest bunk room, an additional guest bathroom, kitchen, dining, and the main living area. Tastefully furnished with island decor, our house offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend your day at the beach, just a 2-minute walk away!

Seabatical is ideally located just a short stroll from Texas' finest beach. Enjoy wonderful shops, restaurants, entertainment, and relax on the balconies for amazing views of the sunrise and the smell of the ocean breeze. Stream your favorite apps, ZOOM, eLearn, etc., with high-speed WIFI internet. Relax and watch live sports, local, and national TV channels on our Samsung Smart TVs with smart apps and 150+ channel Spectrum App streaming service.

Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break/Semana Santa, all rental guests must comply with a families-only restriction. A small welcome package is provided, which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance.

House was great, should update description on the pull out for game room. This house was clean and had everything you would need for your beach Vacation. Pool area was large and very nice!

From the check in process to the check out process was great. This was such a beautiful home to share with family for our anniversary getaway. The communication was great and don’t get me started on the space 10 out of 10 to recommend. We will be coming back.

The property was perfect for our family of 9. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The Pool and other amenities were perfect for our stay!

Great Location - Needs maintenance and more honest info

Excellent location and nice pool - great house overall. The listing says Queen sofa bed in game room but it was a cot sized rollout on a small couch with no cushion which we could not use. The doors to outside were sticking and hard to open plus the knob latch mechanism spirings were shot so you had to manually twist the knob to close the door and get the latch in place. Description says it sleeps 16 but we had to add a blowup mattress for our 11. Even with the added blowup mattress, 1 adult had to sleep on the top bunk bed.

Family getaway

Very nice house that has everything we were looking for. Close to beach açcess,room for the whole family . Loved our time there, hosts were great. We were missing some family members due to illness but the lovely house helped to make up for any disappointment.

AMAZING!

Everything about our rental experience was smooth and easy. The check-in process was simple. The pictures and description show the beautiful home exactly as it is. The adults and teens loved the pool, and walked the short walk to the beach every day. The kitchen and the rest of the home was so well-equipped, that we never missed anything from home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a large group of people, there were a lot of quiet spaces and a short walk to just about everything we needed!

Excellent Experience!

The whole experience, from check in to check out was just amazing. We have stayed in several houses on the island before, and this one was truly outstanding. We were in the house for 5 weeks and had no problems whatsoever. Everything you could possibly need is there. The pool area is the cherry on the cake. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for a great experience.

Perfect house for large group

Great house- impeccably clean and comfortable. We had a group of 8 of us, and the house was large enough for gathering and yet having your own space. Kitchen was well equipped- and the living room area was so comfortable that all 8 of us could lounge and watch movies on a rain day. Thank you for sharing this property! Fantastic location.

Great Family Vacation Experience

Our family chose this property for our Christmas gathering. The property exceeded our expectations. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool. We requested the pool to be warm for them and it definitely was. The kitchen was well equipped. It was supplied with many beach towels and beach equipment. The game room was also a hit with our family. The only negative is paper supplies could have been more adequately stocked.

YOU NEED TO STAY HERE!!!

We were already in love with the online info and pics the owner provided but let me tell you - they DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!! This house is amazingly decorated, completely comfortable and has everything you could need. You could not ask for a better location - beach access is literally steps away and the house is centrally located on the island so it's just minutes to any venue/restaurant/shopping. The Wanna Wanna Beach Bar is within walking distance and was a fun little outdoor restaurant/bar right on the beach. Impeccable and quick communication/service with ownership and management. The pool was PERFECT - great size and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, plus two access points from the house. All of the BR's are very large, you aren't cramped in any room of this house. Huge living area, giant game room (billiards tourney, anyone?). I can't tell you how impressed we were with this property, and we will absolutely be back!!! YOU CAN'T LOSE HERE!!

Fantastic Family Retreat

We wanted to stay at a property that had everything for our family, and this was perfect! This house was equipped with everything needed, very clean, and big enough for multiple families. The walking distance to the beach was so close and easy. The refreshing swimming pool was amazing! We had family that flew in from California and they loved it!

A beautiful place so we could honor our Dad's memories

We were at South Padre Island to honor our dad's memories as this was his favorite place to take us as kids and grandkids. The ten of created new memories at this wonder beach house. It is a block away from the beach. The hosts provided wagons, a cooler and chair for the beach. There were plenty of floats for the pool! There were two big kitchen tables and plenty of space for cooking and grilling. The details on this place were so kind and thoughtful. We were able to spend time enjoying our dad's memories without having to worry about logistics.

Great Location

great communication with the owners. easy check in process. great location - 4 houses down from the beach access. great size pool for our family of 16! owner was very helpful when i reached out about cloudiness of the pool. Owners immediately had the pool maint person out and even set the chiller to a lower temp to make the pool even more enjoyable! Only negative item was plates/bowls were not clean but that was a quick fix. overall great experience and awesome rental.

Fabulous location, very close to the beach. House was great and the games room was an added bonus. Only constructive feedback is some of the pots and pans need replacing and outdoor sun beds a little tired.

Excellent choice for SPI stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seabatical SPI. The place was spacious and located a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved hanging out in the downstairs gameroom and splashing around in the pool.
