Come enjoy South Padre Island, TX while staying in our beautiful townhome! This townhome features a private pool. 104 E. Corral Unit B is a great property for families and friends to be together. The location is perfect, only 1/2 a block to the beach! Less than a 5 minute walk! 104 E. Corral Unit B has a fantastic floorplan and a tastefully decorated interior! This townhome is 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms! The upstairs consists of a spacious kitchen, beautiful cabinetry, and is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The dining room and living area located just off the kitchen. The living room entails ample seating around a flat screen tv. The dining area features a nice 6 person table for guests to sit and enjoy a meal together. There is additional seating for guests on the large kitchen bar. The half bathroom upstairs is very convenient for all guests to use. The property has full internet access.

Upstairs is the master bedroom which entails a Full bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bath with his and her sinks. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and are extremely spacious. The second bedroom offers guests a twin over full bunk bed and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a full size bed with direct access to the pool area. There is a full bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. There is a balcony located off the living area and the master bedroom upstairs. The pool area is very spacious, with plenty of lounging room for guests to relax and catch a tan! This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean!

Every stay at 104 E. Corral Unit B includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
