Summary:
Relax with your whole family/friends in this peaceful home in Chico, California. Enjoy the pergola while gazing out at the swimming pool. How about a fun afternoon of barbecuing, swimming and enjoying Chico’s sunny weather. The kitchen has brand new appliances, family style kitchen table (seats 6), with dishes, silverware and utensils. There are lovely cognac color living room couches, Roku TV along with a sitting area and a small bar. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and the bunk bed is a full & twin. W&D. The Space:
You have 3 bedrooms that sleep 6, king bed, queen bed and a full and twin bunk beds, closets in each room with luggage racks. All sheets are dry cleaned for your comfort. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom including central heating & air throughout the home. Living Room has brand new couches with Roku TV. The bathroom is updated and modern with additional 1/2 bath. The full laundry (soap provided) includes washer & dryer. The full kitchen with brand new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig) drip & K-Cups, dining table that seats 6. Outside you have a patio with covered pergola and outside patio table (seats 6) with extra chairs including chaise lounges for lounging. The large swimming pool with inflatables for you to enjoy your swim time. Also included is a 4-person jacuzzi that is great for relaxing. Also included is a pool house/game room which includes another full bathroom with tub/shower and commode and games that include, darts, PacMan arcade, Genga and cards for your enjoyment. There is also another bar included in the game room with amenities such as glassware, ice bucket, etc. This lovely home is located by Bidwell Park, close to downtown, walking distance to breakfast restaurant’s, shopping, post office and stores. Fabulous location that is close to Chico State University if you plan to visit the campus. Come experience the beauty of Chico and Butte County has to offer and enjoy this beautiful home. The house was clean and well maintained along with the back patio and pool. Our host was very prompt getting back to us with any questions we had.

Just as advertised

Everything was just as expected. Very clean and well maintained. While we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, I can see how they how be very enjoyable in the warmer months. We did enjoy the Pac-Man game and the darts. The bed were very comfortable. Good location to visit downtown and the park. No complaints at all.

Very Well Maintained and Comfortable

Very comfy bed! I have come to expect that beds in vacation rentals aren't great but the king bed in the primary bedroom was really comfortable. The entire house was very comfortable and had everything you need to have a great stay. We were in the area for Thanksgiving and I found everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast. I really loved the fridge. Strongly recommend.

Nice pool and yard hangout

The backyard hangout is put together very nicely with the patio and seperate pool house The only inaccuracy in the listing is the amount of bathrooms. The listing says 3+…. There is 1 1/2 in the house plus 1 in the separate pool house. But the stay was nice and the host was kind and communicative. Would stay again

We had a nice time

Came up to move my daughter into her first college apartment. The home was very nice and comfortable. The one uncomfortable thing was the multiple cameras in the backyard that were on during our stay. It felt quite invasive. It was 113 degrees during our stay, and we were looking forward to plunging into a refreshing pool, and the pool temp was 95 degrees, so that was a bit frustrating as well. Besides that, a great time was had. Thank you.

Family-friendly house & location, walkable to downtown

My husband and I visited Chico and were delighted to find this generously accommodating home. Although it was midwinter and we couldn't use the pool, we loved the design of the kitchen and dining area for family dinners, and the kiddos (who napped there) thought the sturdy bunk beds were a dream come true. To let the parents sleep, we picked up the children and headed out to breakfast at a different spot each morning: Beatniks, Tin Roof, Jack's, Roost Café, Helen's Donut Nook. The fresh air and peaceful walk got the day started right. The common area was open and large enough for one child to play chess with grandpa while the other zoomed a remote-control car in the spacious living room
