Watch passing whales come up for air from this newly constructed Sea Ranch home, beautifully positioned with spectacular views of the ocean, the coastal meadow, and gorgeous nightly sunsets. This is a place for long morning walks on the Bluff Trail, afternoons spent enjoying the Del Mar Recreation Center across the street, and evenings of stargazing in the private hot tub.
This two-story home is enviably located in one of the warmest and calmest locations in Sea Ranch, with the Del Mar hedgerow sheltering the house from coastal winds. On this quiet cul-de-sac, you'll be across the street from Del Mar's heated outdoor pool, saunas, and tennis courts, and around the corner from the incredible oceanfront Bluff Trail. The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Sea Ranch Chapel, Walk On Beach, and Shell Beach are all within two miles. Downtown Gualala's cute markets, shops, and galleries are three miles up the coast.
Completed in 2023, this all-electric home is full of eco-friendly details, from the clean Sonoma solar power to the heat pump cooling and heating. Step inside to find the main living area upstairs, maximizing the ocean view in the classic Sea Ranch style. Skylights and large windows fill the space with light, creating an inviting atmosphere for special gatherings. Enjoy an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a window-lined dining room, and a living room where you can stream movies by the fireplace at night.
Begin and end each day outside on the upper-level deck, which is perfect for sipping your coffee in the crisp morning air or sitting down for a barbecue dinner at sunset. In the evenings, there are four bedrooms to choose from - one upstairs, three downstairs, and each with its own desk workspace for logging onto the WiFi. Of the downstairs bedrooms, two have en suite bathrooms - including a primary suite with direct access to the lower-level deck and hot tub.
