Guests will have access paddle boat, life jackets and play area. Upper deck has an intimate sofa lounger. Outdoor seating and grill. Bring your boat or rent one across the channel at the Lake Murray Marina. The home also has a fully equipped kitchen. Less than 30 minutes from downtown, the zoo, trampoline park and shopping mall.
The space
This five bedroom lake home has 2 king bedrooms, one queen, and one full size bedroom. Fifth bedroom has 4 full size beds (bunk). Four of the bedrooms with black out curtains for restful sleep. There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. 2 bathrooms with showers only. 2 bathrooms with showers and tubs. Master bathroom with large walk in shower and claw foot tub that the lake can viewed from. Master bedroom also has direct access to an outdoor balcony with a private loveseat/sofa bed. Due to the constant exposure to weather the sliding glass doors may have a haze or film, they are clean. The fully equipped kitchen makes dinner prep and meals a breeze in the open-concept space where all members of the family can be together. The TV downstairs does not have cable or Roku, so bring your own streaming device or gaming system. No wake zone, panoramic sunrise lake view including Liberty on the Lake at Lake Murray Marina. Deep water off the brand new trex docking with easy swimming and with stair access directly into the water.
Guest access
This is a quiet residential area. The home is located on a cul-de-sac, and has ample parking for vehicles in the driveway. Guests will have access to the whole home, dock, deck, yard and swimming area. Guests will not have access to outdoor sheds, garage and locked owners closets within the home.
Other things to note
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We do not allow parties. All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own flotation devices in the event that provided life jackets do not fit guests or are not the proper size.

Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk, we do not have a boat ramp, so guests may access the marina to put their boat in. New fenders and plenty of tie offs! One boat will be parked at the dock but is not for guest use and is the owners. Signed dock release and rental agreement required
