This home was perfect during our stay while visiting our son at USC. It was close to every shopping and restaurant you could ever need and conveniently located to major highways. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house itself was very clean. The host was communicative, with clear instructions on the check-in and check-out processes which made it very easy!

Very clean and well stocked with towels. Water bottles in the fridge were appreciated! It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and was an easy drive to the stadium for the football game. Beds were very comfortable. Great stay, loved the communication.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed - plenty of towels and blankets, clothes hangers, soaps and a well-equipped kitchen. I wish I would have had time to sit on the screened in patio! The house was located in a very nice and quite neighborhood. The house was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to questions and make recommendations for places to see and eat. I highly recommend this house and will stay there again in the future.

Blanche was a God send… We needed a place quick fast and a hurry. My wife was having our 5th child at Prisma across the highway. We can’t speak highly enough about the hospitality. The home was wonderfully homey, even for a family our size! Definitely worth it. :)

Very nice place, convenient location for us. Only negatives were burned out lightbulbs in master bathroom and lamp in living room plus toilet running in master bathroom. Would stay again

Great house and location

The house was great for our group of 6. Very clean and very well stocked (towels, linens, kitchen things). Directions for everything needed at the house were very clear and easy. Beautiful, well maintained back yard and adorable screened in porch. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The walls inside are quite thin, can hear everything in other rooms and the plumbing is a bit noisy, but this house for sure gets 5 stars! Would absolutely book again!

Immensely Thoughtful

The property was awesome! Very clean, very comfortable, and very spacious. The host was very thoughtful about having plenty of linens, soaps and such. They had some complimentary snacks for us. Just 5 star place all the way. We loved staying there and hope we can do it again!

Great location

This house had everything we needed. It was close by restaurants and shops. Easy check in and checkout instructions. The coffee bar, bottled water, and snacks was a nice added bonus. This staycation for our girls retreat went off without a hitch due to our wonderful accommodations. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Christmas vacation

My family and I stayed here while we were visiting family for Christmas. We stayed for a week and loved it. It was close to where my mom lives which is why we chose it. It is close to shopping and food, in a great neighborhood. A charming little house with plenty of space for our family of 5. They have the kitchen stocked with some basics which was convenient. They were nice hosts and gave plenty of information about it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great property and location!

We were visiting friends in Irmo. This rental was perfect! Perfect space for our family of four. Very clean. Rental is in a quiet well established neighborhood. Near a park, mall, entertainment. Easy to get on the freeway to head to Columbia towards zoo and downtown. But not right on top of the freeway. Lovely space, truly!

Excellent home and location

Walking into the house you immediately notice how clean and maintained it is. Tho home is well laid out, spacious with plenty of room. Furnishings are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. WiFi works well and TVs are easy to use with instructions well written out should you need to log back into anything.It was our first time staying in the area and couldn’t ask for a better location for this house. Anything you need is with in a short drive of the house. Abundant restaurant and fast food options, convenience stores, coffee and super markets all with in a few minute drive of the house.

Very Clean and Safe Area

We were in town for a family event and needed to rent a space for my family of six. This listing fit our needs perfectly and was less than ten minutes from the event venue. Listing was clean and easy to check in. Owner was very responsive to all questions. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a much better alternative to a hotel situation.

Great stay

We stayed here for a weekend, for a Regatta nearby. We had a fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect. This home is in a nice neighborhood, and there are some walking trails nearby. It was easy to find and get into. It has a stocked kitchen and eating area. I was able to cook us a good breakfast every morning. This home provides the basic essentials too, to get you started. It is so helpful to have dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, and plenty of towels. It made our stay so very pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again if we are in town for another regatta.

Driveway on hill

House was perfect! I wish there were railings going from the front steps to the driveway because of the incline of the sidewalk and driveway. Made it hard to get my elderly father into the car. Again.I knew there were steps, but did not realize the incline was there. A railing going from front steps across sidewalk and down side of driveway would have made this the perfect rental.

Great house but uncomfortable stay.

Our family of 5 where in town for daughter’s graduation from USC. Communication with the host, location, and overall look of the house was very nice. House was very clean and kitchen had everything a family needs and more. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable causing us all back pain and sleeplessness. If you are used to a really hard mattress like a rock then you will not have a problem. If you are already booked bring a memory foam. Also the living room has only one large couch, one arm chair and an upright wooden chair so a family of five or six cannot sit together to watch TV or hang out comfortably. Not good when the whole purpose of renting a home is to spend quality time with family away from home. The TV had premium channels and good Wi-Fi as well. A few furnishing upgrades and this home can be a five star.

Hello Eleni, It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay. As a host of 6 years I take my role very seriously. I did my best to answer your, many questions via calls and text and accommodate your request even so far as to double check the property was at it's highest standards prior to your arrival. Considering that your two day stay caused you so much stress maybe it's time to accept that short term rentals are not for you. For future guest reading this: The beds are standard. The master bedroom is a memory foam mattress the other two are spring mattresses. I've slept in all the beds myself and of the 20 or so groups we've hosted no one has complained about them. There is additional stools and chairs through out the house that are intended to be portable so that if you want to congregate in the living room with a large group you can. For any future host reading this, I would not recommend this guest. Even in my attempts to go above and beyond she found something to knit pick. It is not worth the headache.
