The property is in need of general maintenance. Electrical outlets in the bathrooms do not work and could not be reset because the reset switches were behind the outlet covers. The toilet in the hallway bathroom would not completely flush. After several plunging attempts it flushed twice and was back to not flushing. There are several areas on the ceilings and walls (near the floor) that need to be re-done. Much of the trim does not match, very obvious. Most the homes in the area looked good but a few were run down, one had a boarded up window. The highway (road) noise was very loud. The front yard was infested with fire ants and there appeared to be a water line issue (lots of water). The backyard was ok but the fence had problem areas. If this is a business property, the toy riding hourse next to the shed should be removed. There was trash in the backyard when we arrived. We were charged a cleaning fee but there were hair clippers in a plant basket and the couch had not been cleaned/vacuumed for a while. I cleaned under the cushions and found a peppermint jaw breaker along with lots of debris.
